Even at beginning there were some small issue, but it was fixed soon, and received my vanity, very nice looking, high quality. I bet It is worthy what I paid, very nice.

We are so happy with the vanity we bought at Modern Bath House. We had some issues with finding a contractor to install and they actually delivered the unit so quickly (arrived within 2 days!) I didn't have time to tell them to hold off on shipment for a while since there was no where to put it. The customer service agent Monique was amazing and rerouted the vanity back to the warehouse for us until we were ready to install the unit. I'm sure it was annoying for her but her support and communication on what was going was superb! Once the unit was shipped, (the shipping company was not the best but that has nothing to do with Modern bath house. Please make sure to mark damaged when you receive it!!! just in case!!!) it arrived all in one piece and installation was easy for the contractor. Looks beautiful and seems like very nice solid quality we couldn't be happier with the piece in our bathroom remodel.

Ordering the vanity was easy, scheduled delivery went as planned, and the vanity is very well made and looks great!

I was hesitant to make a big purchase online for our half bathroom but I am so glad I did! The vanity that we ordered looks great and was delivered in one piece, service was quick and the delivery men were nice enough to wait while I inspected the package. I would definitely recommend and shop here again!

We ordered our kids' bathroom vanity here. Very nice piece, easy to maintain. We had some work done by a contractor in the bathroom and they damaged it so that the drawers no longer slid smoothly and the soft-close feature was compromised.

We ordered a new drawer and rails to repair them (contractor paid). The customer service people were super helpful in trouble shooting the problem and getting us the exact replacement parts we needed from the manufacturer. This company will stick by their sale!

I found a great deal on the vanity I wanted but struggled to find information about when it would ship, how it would ship, etc. I had to specifically reach out to customer service with this information. The item took a LONG time to even ship out - I understand when large items take a long time in transit, but the fact that it didn't even ship out for over 2 weeks after the order was placed seemed lengthy.
Also, I received a call from a delivery driver when he was "15 minutes away" with my delivery. I had never been contacted initially to schedule delivery and was not even home to accept the item since I had no warning of the shipment. I asked that I be contacted for a reschedule and that has not happened yet.

I still don't have my item, and am hoping that someone will reach out to find a time to deliver it when I'll actually be home!

This store is amazing. I bought 3 vanities and could not be happier. The quality and workmanship is great. The service this site provides is terrific. Monique helped me all through the selection and purchase. She could not have been more helpful. I usually feel like I am on my own when internet shopping but not with Monique at my side. She saw that I was looking and offered her service right at the beginning. And stayed with me through all my questions. And there were a few! Thanks Monique for making this purchase stress free!!!!

I did not enjoy working with Modern Bath House. There were many delays and one of the vanity tops did not match the others even remotely.

We were disappointed after waiting several weeks for our order that it was determined that the manufacture was not going to be able to fulfill the order for an additional undetermined amount of time. To Modern Bath House's credit, they made a few suggestions that were very close to the vanity we ordered and was able to get it to us within a couple of weeks.

I had a lot of questions about the vanity that I purchased. I also didn't want the mirror and wasn't sure about the faucets that came with it. Monique answered all my questions promptly and discounted the purchase without the mirror. The delivery was perfect. After I opened everything, I discovered that I had gotten chrome rather than brushed nickel faucets. I sent an email and the delivery of the correct faucets was made 2 days later. Incredible service! Great prices on beautiful high quality products--that is what you can expect!!

I feel so bad with this shopping experience with them. I placed my order in a Friday and my order status is "in process" for a whole week. I called them several times to double confirm that they do have my purchased item in stock. But after a whole week waiting, they just told me that the item is out of stock. I am so screwed up by them, since I was terribly delayed by them and have to pay contractor for extra hours now.

This is a relative new company so I could not find any helpful review, however this is the best price I can find and I'm ordering a lot of stuffs so I decided to give it a try.

I ordered Fresca Vanity, Towel bar, Toilet Paper Holder and Medicine Cabinet from Modern Bath House.

I had to return towel bar because I found out our bathroom does not have a good place to attach it, and I email one of the representative, who gave me a RMA number to wrote on my returned package, after I mailed it back and got my refund instantaneously.

All products I got are in super great quality and shipped fast.
I would recommend it to anyone who would like to redo their bathroom. The price for the products are reasonable but with high-end modern touch. The service is also excellent!

Usually that's a negative quote, but it's totally positive in this case. Though we didn't plan on spending quite so much on our bathroom vanities, we're glad we purchased them through Modern Bath House!! They did such an awesome job protectively packing & shipping our order I was surprised when I found a slight imperfection w/one of the cabinet doors. Before I had a chance to contact customer service, one of their reps, Gary Peters, e-mailed to make sure we were happy w/the order. When I explained the minor scratches on 1 door front & included a picture, he responded by the end of that day that the manufacturer (Fresca) would be shipping a replacement door. Two days later he e-mailed to let us know it was being shipped via FedEx & included the tracking #. After the door front arrived, he e-mailed to check on our satisfaction! In a market where most companies try to offer an insulting % off for dissatisfaction instead of fixing an issue, Modern Bath House & Gary Peters demonstrate what true customer service is!!

We are very happy with our Fresca vanity - it's modern and clean-looking and has ample storage space. Be sure to check your current plumbing location as this unit's plumbing opening in the back is higher than normal (our plumbing was too low and interfered with the top drawer - we modified it to work).

The piece arrived in great condition and someone from Modern was available to answer questions along the way (responded within the day).
