First of all, the horn is beautiful and intricate and i glad i purchased it. Why then would you go and put in a crappy plastic looking holder that doesnt go with the horn at all. Its so crappy and cheap looking that its a complete contrast to the horn, because the horn is slightly twisted which i love, it cannot sit in the holder properly and would tip over if full of liquid. Considering biing the holder and finding a nicer one as this just ruins the aesthetic of it. Also slightly annoyed there is no gold rim as stated in craftmans marks.

My wife loves viking merchandise. And did I hit the jackpot when I found modern viking 😁 majority of the gifts I now purchase for my family all come from modern viking. There items and service is always first class. You have me as a loyal customer for life.

Ordered 2 horns but after 2 weeks there was no update on the tracking, reached out and was told "it looks like the warehouse has cancelled the order iv raised a ticket why they have done it, but usually its the stock has been lost," no refund or contact was made by them untill I had chased it. They were going to send 2 different horns out as a replacement, 2 and a bit weeks later still nothing. Reached out again and they had forgotten my order for the 2nd time, had to dispute through PayPal before they reply to messages and actually sent the items. After waiting over a month I finally received the horns so went back to Facebook to update my review and they have blocked me! Guess they are happy with the negative review I left then.

I would like to update the review on here and Facebook as stated a resolution was made and the products were great (i have upped this review to 2 stars because if the product), unfortunately I am still unable to access your Facebook page through my account. It's there when others search for it and when I am not logged in but as soon as I log in "page is unavailable" so I assume I am blocked.
I was not informed at any point that auspost had lost my items as claimed just that my order was cancelled by the warehouse as per the emails with customer service on 22/11/23. Being in customer service myself I understand the ball occasionally gets dropped but it was dropped twice with my order and took serious escalation through paypal to get a response for if the resolution was actioned or not hence the low star review. I understand your frustration but there is no slander or false claims in the review just an accurate recount of my experience.

Ordered 2 items. The 2 items were sent separately. 1 item arrived, however the other, more expensive one did not. Reached out to them multiple times and eventually got a response. They tried to track through Australia post and got no where. They then said they would send another, but I never received a tracking number and never received the item. After months, they finally replied again and said they would sent a third item. Received a tracking number but parcel has not moved in 2 months. Reached out to get my money back and no response for another month.

Was given a horn as a gift and it smelled like a dog bone. I tried washing it but the more I did, the more it smelled. It was slimy on the inside, I don't think it was sealed correctly.
I contacted support and although I got an initial response, they've been ignoring me for over a week. Very poor experience - buyer beware

Beautiful horns, well worth the money. Be aware though they are delivered in 1 piece of bubble wrap in a bag. No box or protection for the transit.
