Modretro Reviews 

This is the second time I've ordered from Modretro and the second time I've reviewed them 5 stars.

They always seem to post items very quickly and I've had no issues with that side of things. What I did have an issue with this time was the courier on the UK side who refused to deliver the parcel to me and I had to collect from a locker because they couldn't be bothered to deliver.

However, I contacted Modretro who were great. Fast at replying and they contacted the courier too on my behalf.

In the end the conclusion is that Modretro have been great, but Inpost are terrible. I did receive my package finally after tracking down the locker Inpost left it in (not where they said it was at all) and it was very well packaged by Modretro and undamaged 🙂

I got the M64, and it's a good and thoughtful product. The controller is next level. Extremely solid, and I believe it's something that would last a long time.

The chromatic has been amazing. The only problem I found was that a battery couldn't charge because I let it get to zero. Modretro sent an external charger that was able to fix the battery. They even sent it for free!

I'm a big fan of the console, games, and customer service.
