Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased you loved our designs and variety. We’re sorry to hear the sizing and delivery did not meet your expectations, as the vast majority of our customers, reflected in many of our Trustpilot reviews, are very happy with both our sizing accuracy and fast delivery service.
We’re always reviewing feedback carefully and would be happy to help resolve any sizing concerns directly.

Hi. Im sorry to hear that. We have one of the easiest return policies. If you received an item with a stain on it that got missed during our checks before dispatching it, then if you got in touch with us, we would have arranged for a return and/or a replacement. We never want your money to be wasted and aim to provide a high level of service. Please get in touch with us with your order number, and we'll resolve the issue for you.

This review again relates to the same order referenced in your previous review from a few days ago.
Your order was placed over the weekend using Standard Delivery and had not yet been dispatched. Before the order was processed, you left a 1-star review criticising our delivery timeframe and return policy.
As these policies would not have changed if the order had been shipped, and it was clear from your review that you were unhappy with them, we made the decision to cancel the order prior to dispatch and issue a full refund to avoid further issues.
No payment was retained and no goods were shipped.
