I like the service
I like the service, it is great, the reps are very helpfull. I would work on the operations side to have the accounts reconciled faster, they sometimes take a long time to credit the funds.

Monex executes our transfers with unparalleled efficiency. Agents are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Previously we used our bank for our international wire transfers but switched to Monex since their rates are much better.
