It’s good to talk to a human being
I got myself in a state trying to make a payment on my new Asda Credit Card. The online information didn’t help but one quick call to Ash in Collections and the issue was sorted. He knew immediately what the problem was and reassured me. Technology is wonderful when it works but when it doesn’t having someone to speak to, especially someone like Ash who was efficient and patient, is vital. I was ready to cancel my account until I spoke to him. Well done!

I visited Asda travel money in…
I visited Asda travel money in Blackburn this morning and was met by the rudest cashier ever. As I approached the bureau he just looked at me, didn’t speak. He only spoke to tell me how much it would be. He then proceeded to almost throw the card machine into the well still not speaking. On the first 2 attempts to make payment it wouldn’t work, he still didn’t speak or offer to help. He then just threw the currency into the well. Disgusting behaviour. No hello or goodbye or thank you. I certainly won’t be going there again.
