Got books after long delays and poor communications. It is definely not "fast" shipping as they claim; it is also definitely not a "small business" in the familiar sense but sounds more like a drop-shipping and re-seller type of business. Not returning here. Buy from Amazon or your local physical store.

I never received my book. Its been more than a month and I don't think I will ever receive it going by the reviews. I feel very disappointed 😞

Ordered 2 books 9th December. No books received. Lack of clear communication from company

I ordered a book to give as a Christmas present, unfortunately it went missing; I emailed the shop and was sent a replacement straight away, in time for Christmas! Thank you.

It was due before Christmas. Was told they could not fulfill the order. But I could get it later. It is now LATER and still no order.

I still haven't received my order placed early December which means two friends still haven't had their Christmas present a month after the big day! No updates unless I email. I was told two weeks it would be a 'week or so'. Still nothing and no further update.

Books arrived very quick&as described (UK order delivered in UK); but it was difficult before to know at what stage the delivery was...the link was not informing me about. My family told me they got them but I had to ask them making me look as if i was chasing a thank you ^^ They were very very pleased with the books
(the link in the mail was kind of frozen at the first stage with no indication of timetable or delivery schedule so I had to contact MB who then told me,it had been delivered). All sorted. Great Books. Order #6668

I ordered a book for my sister for Christmas and the book never came. I emailed the seller and they advised they would reorder the book and it would take a week or so to arrive and they would up date me. I have nearly waited three weeks and no one has communicated with me. Never ordering from them again.
