Arrived as expected. Excellent quality. Very helpful on the phone when I had a query.

I was never given a delivery date for the book I ordered, asked for some information which I never received, eventually issued a refund but short of delivery costs. So it cost me money to have zero books from them. Awful

It would be 0 if there was one .Order never arrived no communication at all about my order and it is obviously just a recorded message on the email as everytime I send a email it would say we will respond in so many days and they never do .Appalling company would never use again I've put 1st December as order date but can't remember

Placed an order for 6 books. A week later I hadn't heard anything so contacted them. Was told the item was despatched, yet the courier had not received it. Was told replacements would be sent. The parcel was received a few days later, with the same tracking info as on the original parcel, but only contained 5 books and not 6. There was no mention of the 6th book and no refund was offered. To be honest I was just glad to get SOME of the books as they were for Christmas presents. Not sure I would risk ordering from them again.

Got my books after 2 months. They didn't have them in stock though that wasn't indicated anywhere on the website at time of ordering or indeed after I placed the order. Still better late than never.

Book arrived promptly, well packaged. Also found the website easy to use.

Bought a book as a Christmas gift. Easy to order and arrived . Book packaged well and I had no issues.

Still not received all 3 items from my order roughly 2 months after placing order. 2 items appeared weeks after ordering with one item marked as missing and still has not arrived.
Attempting to track your order is fruitless and never received responses to messages asking for updates. Will not use again.

It would be a zero if it was an option. It has been several months since my order and the promise of a replacement book. I have not received the order not any communication from them. Most interestingly of all, I cannot even access my orders as proof now. Very suspicious wouldn't you say?

Do yourself a favour and order from anyone else as you have a higher chance of getting what you ordered.

I was kept up to date about delivery as there was a delay, the item was out of stock. My queries were answered quickly. The book arrived in perfect condition.

I ordered a book at the beginning of December intending to give it as a Christmas present. I had to wait quite a long time for the book. In fact, after a couple of weeks I actually phoned up to see what the situation was. The guy I spoke to was extremely helpful (it had been an unfortunate delay at the supplier's end) and the book arrived the next day.

The site told me that I had placed a high enough order to qualify for free shipping to France, but I was charged for shipping anyway. When I wrote querying this I never received a reply.
