Quality products. Fine craftsmanship!

Love all the purses, wallets and backpacks I've received from Montana West. They have excellent customer service as well going above and beyond to fix an issue I had. Recommend the mystery boxes as well.

Ordering was easy, delivery was quick. I love this bag, it's beautiful and spacious. Just the right size. Very well crafted. These are the only purses that I buy now. Love them.

J’ai l’impression d’avoir dépensé mon argent pour rien. Je ne recommande pas ce site, surtout pour des articles aussi basiques.

wish it had cup holder for drink but otherwise lots of room

a little disappointed, the bottom of the front of the bag is splitting and peeling, looks worn, dry rot maybe!

Shipping was fast bought it as a birthday present for my mom. She absolutely loved it. The material is beautiful. The colors were great, and of course, the concealed carry pocket. Plenty of room !

The quality of the leather is great. Really like the smaller purses. Delivery was adequate.

Very nice quality products. I had a purse lost in the mail and the customer support team was so quick at making sure I received the purse I ordered within 10 days of shipping it out. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again.

The bag itself is beautiful and very well made. The ad showing its photo is exactly how it looks in person. Its not misrepresented in any way. The only issue I have is with how long it took to get it after ordering. A month of waiting is to long. Especially for an item that is season and holiday specific. It would be helpful if it were made clear that shipping would take that long when we order so we can know if it will make it on time for our events.
