I’ve purchased many bags and wallets love them. All they come well packaged they arrive pretty quickly. Customer service is pretty good about any issues or questions that you may have if they have a sale great I love the little mini surprise bags the bag charms they’re so cute. I’ve gotten those as gifts. I’m happy I like the products that unique they seem to be well-made. I use all my bags and I don’t seem to be having any issues.

I lived in San Antonio for years and i love anything western that reminds me of Texas ! So I was very excited for the mystery box . And when I received the bag I was so disappointed . It's a plane Jane it's the ugliest bag I have ever seen . I can't even think of someone to gift it too . If I could I would return it ... It's a good quality bag and wallet just not my style at all . Maybe if I was 80 years old but im not !!!

Surprise packages are always fun!
I received two bags today, one of which I will use right away, the other i will gift (not my style at all). The process for ordering was simple and the purses arrived quickly. While I'm not normally a fan of fake leather, these are actually attractive.

I recieved my 2 Mystery Wallet boxes and was NOT disappointed.. The ladies wallet is amazing. And the best part, the exact color i was hoping for. The men's wallet was a long wallet. Beautifully made and very durable. Can't wait to see what's in my next order..

Fast shipping, was looking forward to the experience! Was pleased with my first shipment ( had got a mystery western purse and wallet and also a mystery tote. Both were great, both Wrangler brand items) Had loved the idea so I ordered 2 more combos, which unfortunately I was sent an exact duplicate of the first I received and the second being the exact same style but a different color) I do understand this process is completely random, however I would of given 5 stars had I received all different items.

I absolutely love my purses that I get…
I absolutely love my purses that I get in the mystery boxes. It’s like Christmas came early and never know what to expect. My order was fast and on time. Delivery was great! The quality of all my purses are strong and well made. I have only had one issue with one purse. The strap on one cross body purse is like a belt buckle style and it will not stay latched. The metal piece that goes through the whole is too short and the buckle does not stop it. Other than that, all are of great quality.

Got my order very quickly. And love all the items I received. They even accidentally sent me 2 of the same bag, when I ordered 1. I emailed them to tell them, and they told me to keep the extra one. In my book, that is the best of customer service.
