UPDATE - Just to show the type of customer service you can expect to receive from Montana West, I am updating this more than a week after they said they'd be contacting me about their failure. I have heard NOTHING. Nothing, as in ZIp, ZERO, NADA. If I was feeling ripped off then, you can imagine how it feels now, after they made a public response.

August 16, 2026-
I excitedly ordered 2 Mystery Boxes for the 1st time & was really anticipating receiving them. I was extremely disappointed to get 1 plastic bag with a tiny, child size bag (pouch) inside another wrapper & a medium size one that I would call hideous. The colors on the medium bag are totally incohesive & frankly ugly. The advertisements for these boxes show actual mystery BOXES & nice bags as examples of what you might receive. I bought the Western & Urban style boxes and paid postage on both. They then shoved both the pouch & purse in one plastic bag to save themselves postage. I am so severly disappointed & will never trust this company enough to be a customer again.

I guess I shouldn’t have had my hopes up from a mystery box - the Milan Chiva urban purse is well made but it’s a “going out”very small cream colored bag. I asked, knowing full well it wasn’t guaranteed, if the wallet could somehow match - it barely fits and is one of the Wrangler fringe wallets. Learned my lesson on this mystery box.

I have 4 bags now, and my most recent is the Halloween one! It’s so very beautiful!! I recommend this one over the other Halloween ones out there. I did get a little worried during the shipping process because it was taking a little longer, but the support team there have been so helpful and big on communication and communication is key !!! I appreciate how much they really care and talked with me!!
I hope they make a Christmas Bag just a beautiful as my new Pumpkin Bag

I absolutely love these bags and wallets. I may have a bit of an addiction. They are very well made! I love that they have so many concealed options. Best products ever!

My package got lost in the mail (first time this ever happened) messaged customer service and they got back to me fast and reshipped me another order! Jovie was a huge help!!

Love the idea of getting surprised by what u get but the women’s wallet was not great and the men’s wallet looked like a ladies

I ordered two of the mystery urban purse boxes and a wallet box. One purse was a light green crossbody and very stylish. The other purse was a leather tote that is absolutely gorgeous. I can’t wait to use them both. The wallet was so nice as well. Great quality and excellent value!!!!

I got the mystery purse and it’s ugly. I won’t use it and I can’t return it. Lesson learned!!

I received packages I didn’t order and was told to keep them! You can’t ask for better customer service than that,

recently, I ordered the tote bag with the wallet and then I had to order the phone wallet separately because you were out of the three packs sets and then after I receive those, I love them so much. I ordered the duffel bag. These are such beautiful products and I am so grateful that I got them to always remember the 250 anniversary.

I do not know where to start honestly. I purchase about 20 plus purses every month, and this last time I had ordered 26, and I noticed I had 2 missing. I emailed customer service, and I got a message within hours if not minutes from JOVIE. Literally the sweetest and most understanding person you could ask for. Immediately I was receiving an email that they were looking into the problem. This was last week. Today I received the most amazing package with the missing items, and I’m obsessed. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered such an Amazing experience from start to finish with customer service. So very personable and sweet. I cannot rave enough about how they dealt with this. I loved Montana West before, but I Love them twice as much now. Just knowing that if there is a problem, you have someone who responds and understands means everything. JOVIE helped me when I moved in the middle of a shipment and somehow figured how to divert it to my new address, and it was there within 2 days. Again (Shouting from the rooftop ), just so grateful and super impressed. Thank you JOVIE! You deserve a raise🫶🏻

I ordered 2 $30 surprise packs. I'm extremely happy with what I received. First item was a Western tote bag with a matching wallet that can be worn as a wristlet. The second item was a western bag with a matching wallet. Great value for the items received. I'm giving the tote bag and wristlet to my sister as a birthday gift. Greatly recommend this site. This was my 3rd time ordering. Great value and great prices.

Shipping may take a bit longer then I would like but I ABSOLUTELY LOVE both my purses and can't wait to receive the rest of my orders!
