Compliment long trip, it has a great over the shoulder strap but because of its style - it lacks an opening for suitcase handle, This is the only flaw I can find & not really a flaw! The purse is designed beautifully for everything to have a place - pockets are roomy, places for pens, lipstick, & all other necessities. I purchased the wrist wallet & the credit card wallet to match! These are able to hold all my cards, driver's license and credentials. I am extremely impressed with this purchase & it received many compliments during my 4th of July trips. Short handles & straps make for easy carrying & the design is very versatile! Go to the rodeo or go anywhere! I am proud to wear or carry these bags anywhere.

Shipping was a little slow, but I received my new purse and I love it!

Ordered two Mystery boxes last week. Received notification that my order was delivered yesterday, yet to find out it wasn’t delivered at my shipping address. When I researched thru USPS, tracking showed the package went to a town way south of where my shipping address is to a local post office and stated an individual picked it up. This tells me this was a SCAM and I feel very much violated. I have sent an email with no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM MONTANA WEST WORLD!

It wasn't shipped when promised. I emailed (the only form of contact offered) to inquire about when it would be shipped, and got no reply. Then, it said it was delivered but I never received it- so im guessing it was delivered to the wrong address. Again, I emailed stating it was never received and got no reply. So, im out the $50+ that I paid. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING- THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

When you still sold Montana West brand before switching to Wrangler brand you took care of and looked out for your customers. A purse ordered back in March with the warranty purchased and you don’t cover the stitching coming out. When you were selling Montana West brand I didn’t order any warranty and you replaced a purse that was more then six months old with no questions asked.

I purchased mystery bag, and while I understand that mystery can be any item, I did not expect a cheap looking, clear plastic purse. I was highly disappointed, and even purchasing the mystery box at a special price, I still don’t feel the small plastic bag I received is worth what I paid. It is not an item I would use, nor would I give it to anyone. I was looking forward to trying other items from your company but not after this purchase.

Well I had 3 teenage girls at my house when the package came. I opened the first one and the girls were so excited and started taking things out of my bag as fast as they could. They liked every one better than the onebefore. Today is my day to look at each one.
