The Monterey Company, Inc. Reviews

SO easy and fast! Hilarious questions. All the advertising and posters are done for us. It's great! Our students look forward to it every year. We use the discounted option to buy all our printouts and hand them out for free - we feel it supports student culture and spirit and the school and it is important that every student have access to their results. We love this option! The printouts themselves are high quality: thick paper, strong colours and so much information. This is definitely a highlight we do in January to bring some life and fun to a dull month. Thanks Matchomatics!

Great experience from first contact through design to the final product. Highly recommend.

It's always so easy to get our Rally Pins from these guys. Cost is doable, the colors and design is awesome.

Customer service was top notch for a new guy like me. They answered all my questions, and when the product arrived it was so much better than expected. Product is excellent, and working with the designs was excellent. The time it took from sending our artwork to patch delivery was also excellent. Glad I found TMCinc. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Great service, great quality, and great price!

Great communication and excellent product

Attentive service. Good pricing. High quality finished product.

I have worked with the Monterey Company for years and they are always exceptional in all areas!

People LOVE the medallions on our fire pits. They portray a classy artist’s signature to the Wine Barrel Dude barrels, similar to a luxury car brand’s hood decal. Affixing one to each fire pit is my favorite part of the manufacturing process!

Responsive, helpful, good price, great quality product, fast shipping. Been with them for 10 years.

We ordered Years of Service Pins for our staff. We were impressed with the great quality of the metal of the pins, looked very professional. They were quick to help with design suggestions, answer any questions and responded quickly with quotes.
The production was quick, they filled our order and delivered within a few weeks. They were very friendly, helpful and professional to work with. I would recommend Monterey Company for any of your custom product needs.

I paid to have a patch made. I was very disappointed in the product that was made and felt offended over the lack of effort but forth. The first sample I received wasn’t what I had envisioned so I sent in a rough sketch of what my team wanted. The next wasn’t quite right and the third image was literally my sketch digitalized in color. No effort was placed into the logo to make it professional so I was not going to pay for more additional artwork to be made if they weren’t going to try. I am extremely disappointed, and I have the artwork to back my claims. I would not recommend this company.

Super quick turnaround times & great quality

Josh made the whole experience from start to finish absolutely amazing. He took the time to understand the project I was trying to complete, answered all of my questions very quickly and followed up after we received our product. Looking forward to working with him again on our next project!

I was looking for PVC patches due to the detail in our Fire Station Logo. The team worked with me from design to delivery. Very well priced. We will be ordering again.

From the very first email/ phone call everything went wonderfully. I dealt with Eric from day one, and he was kind and helpful leading me through the process, as I had never done this before. Estimated time of completion was much shorter then expected and the finished product is all I could of hoped for. Thank you so much! Will HIGHLY recommend.

My concerns were answered quickly and product was as promised. Very good interaction and follow through.

The Monterey Company is 5 out of 5 stars all the way around! The communication and willing to work with us to get our product just right was easy and timely. The product turned out fantastic. We will definitely use them again in the future.
