They take your money for linen sheets and send cheap poly/cotton blend sheets in cheap plastic bags with Engrish all over it. When I complained, they promised to send me replacements. Never did. So sick of the rip off companies in China that fleece through slick marketing and lies.

Well, I don't know where to begin!! They don't deserve a 1 star. On 10/12/2025 I ordered 2 sets Twin XL. After numerous excuses of delay in shipment they arrived 3 weeks later than promised on 11/13/2025. The sheets size labels said US Twin Full Queen !!! What?? Is there ONE sheet size that fits ALL three of these sizes??? NO!! And they were a yucky fabric, certainly didn't fit my Twin XL beds, the pillow cases were too short for standard size pillow! Was no distinct hem or head of the top sheet. They said I HAD to pay the return shipping cost to their CHINA maunfacturing plant "listed on the enclosed ticket" for an exchange!!! There was no enclosed ticket- much less an address. Their website address was SUPPOSEDLY in Wyoming, USA! But they couldn't guarantee the sheets would "make it to their Plant because of a litany of excuses they listed- & if they didn't reach their Plant in China intact, they would not refund me or reimburse me for the cost of the sheets or cost of shipping. Or I could keep the stupid sheets that didn't fit &they would refund me 25% of my $253.00 Their replies took days, all nonsense excuses, delay tacticts thinking I would just give up asking for a refund, they didn't want the sheets back, replies just all BS, obvious they didn't understand English or didn't care. I asked for the China return address but they never gave one saying it was on the enclosed ticket in the package- which there was none! THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY- IF YOU CAN CALL IT THAT- that I have EVER dealt with in my adult life of 76!!!this went on for weeks. My credit card company did reimburse me; I begged them to investigate Moon & Linen as a bogus/ scam/fake, illegitimate business.

I would like to give zero stars. I paid over $600 for 2 California King sheet sets to use during my back surgery recovery. It’s now almost 7 months since I placed the order, and I have NEVER received my items, nor have I been able to get a legitimate customer service representative to assist with a refund. I get the same robotic reply: “your order is getting ready for shipping.” This is a huge scam and theft. So disappointing that this is allowed to happen.

I order 2 sets of Linen Sheets and 1 Weighted Blanket back in October 2025. It took several weeks to receive the sheets and as of 02/17/2026 I have yet to receive the weighted blanket. I have email chains frm weeks of excuses on it was lost, it was stolen your refund is in the queue and nothing ever transpires! I’m now going to open a complaint with my credit card company to get my $250+ dollars back

This company is a complete fraud. Someone needs to put these people in jail for theft. I never got my item and they replied back it was stolen. They said a refund would be issued and nothing was refunded and now the company phone number no longer exists.

I ordered 3 king size sheet sets last November 2026. Sent an inquiry on status in December 2026. They informed me my sheets had been stolen and they were working on getting my delivery out. The total cost was $400. Today is 1/29/26 and I've heard nothing from them, nor am I able to find their website. They seemed to have disappeared. Very upset I've been ripped off and the culprit has disappeared.

This “company” is a total scam.

I would like to rate them Negative Stars, since I never received my products. They gave numerous excuses from material delays, product stolen and so on. It’s been 4 months and I don’t expect to get my merchandise anymore. Hard lesson to learn but hopefully others won’t make same mistake as I did and research this company before ordering.

Would have chosen zero stars if that option was available.
Initiated order 3 plus months ago and still no delivery of anything.
14 email interactions later still no refund.
Poor customer service indicating internal procedures making refund problematic and taking time.

I actually like the sheets that I ordered. However, never have I ever bought a set of sheets that came with only ONE pillowcase. I was sure this was an error that could easily be fixed. Oh no Sir! That’s their policy: one pillowcase with each set. I told them this is a very bad policy that will hurt their business.

I ordered in October 25, nothing. I have asked for refund. Nothing. Worst purchase ever. But they always say, it’s on its way. Don’t buy.

The company delivered the king size linen sheets and one pillowcase. I wrote almost 40 emails back and forth with them about this. We argued about the issue foe awhile until they agreed to send me new pillowcase which never happened. Who knows if my sheets are even real linen. Now I get no response from "Asher" who was talking to me. Company is a scam

I ordered sheets in Nov 2025. It is now Jan 9 and no sheets. I have emailed several times and complained with no results. Now I am asking for a refund and that isnt forthcoming either. Do not order from this company!

TOOK MY MONEY AND I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING SINCE OCT 2025. CROOKS!

My Order# was #19391 was placed on September 29, 2025. I received an email on October 14, 2025 stating it was on it's way. On November 8,2025 I finally received the order, however what they sent was not a California Kings set (as ordered). I reached out on Nov. 10,2025 and have had no less than 15 interactions with their customer Service (Betreff and Odyssa) regarding the issue - they continually ask for video's measurements etc., which I send. They always respond with needing another measurement another video. It is VERY CLEAR they do not fit my bed (BTW, I have a regular King Mattrass but I ordered the California King for the extra room for an easy fit) I would give this company a -0- if it was an option. The customer service is a joke at best. AGAIN, I ordered (Cali-King Set), paid and waited months before the sheets arrived. Upon arrival I find they sent the WRONG SIZE. I have provided 4+ videos and multiple photos (as asked for) - THEY NEVER MAKE IT RIGHT. All they do is keep asking for additional videos, measurements etc. They are a complete SHAM! I ordered a set of linen sheets on 10/14/2025 for $153.99. It's now January of 2026 and I have not received any sheets, NOR did I get a refund when I requested one. Instead, I got a lame email stating that my order was "stolen" and they would send a new one right away. This email was sent a few weeks ago and I still have not heard anything from the company about this supposed "new order" and I have also not received a refund. I do not recommend this company AT ALL ... they should not be in business. I am proceeding to try to dispute the charges with my credit card company.
