Moorings staff were great, catamaran was clean & ready to go, stocked with provisions, super holiday 5 star experience !

The staff at the Belize base were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had a boat system question and when reached by phone, Diego answered the call right away even though it was his day off. The fleet is in tip top shape, and this is a testament of the staff dedication to service. Thank you, Belize base, for a great experience and vacation.

Everyone very helpful and welcoming. Lene, the base manager in St Lucia, was very professional and helpful. Boat was in great condition. Will use Moorings again.

We have booked with Moorings for over 30 years now and have always had excellent service . Our contact Becky Hutton is friendly , helpful, calm and professional and does her utmost to ensure our trips go smoothly . Air booking , transfers - all run like clockwork . Boats are well maintained and it’s made clear the older boats will be more worn . They have a good range of boat lengths and catamarans/monohulls .That’s your choice. The base is good with free use of the hotel facilities including Wi-Fi .Help and support from the Moorings base is exemplary - it took only 40 mins for an engineer to reach us on our last trip In the BVIs . All in all I would highly recommend them

We chartered a 50’ catamaran for a 10 day sail from St Lucia to Grenada mid January 2023. We had to add a skipper not long before the trip and the skipper (Stanley) made for a very relaxing trip. He was very helpful, easy going, respectful and great fun, showing us points of interest en route, finding the best moorings, sorting customs paperwork and helping us fish off the back of the boat! Thank you Clara in the Office, Stanley and all at Moorings for a great holiday.

We booked a bareboat charter in BVI a little more than three years ago. There were various, serious issues regarding the boat which I reported to Moorings as they occurred. Nobody took it serious. Upon our return and after several reminders, Moorings finally reverted and offered us a discount on our next charter. As I had already spent too much time on the matter, I did not challenge the compensation offered.

When we this year wished to make use of the discount, it turned out that it had expired. I wrote Moorings and asked whether the discount still could be applied. They replied that they normally don’t extend the duration but that they would speak with customer service (whom I was corresponding with in the first place). This is now three months ago and I have still not received a reply.
