I arranged a to check out some VW campers for sale at Moorlake Watford branch, They had a great selection and price range, prior to going there I spend nearly 9 Months looking a different places and online facilities for a vw campers, I knew what I wanted to pay also what year and Mileage of Van I was looking for. And guess what Moorlake Watford had exactly what I wanted. I put a deposit on one I like that day, the whole process from that day to when picking it was excellent. I’ve now been using it for around 2 months and it’s GREAT, I would highly recommend this Camper company.

From booking an initial appointment to collecting my new van I was totally confident that my choices were the right ones.

The Moorlake team have indepth knowledge and expertise that they shared willingly.

Everything was totaly seamless with the purchase of my campervan.
Made an appointment online.
Chose van, chose spec, chose extras.
Paid deposit.
6 weeks later van ready.
Paid balance.
Collected van.

What can be simpler than that?

Having done some research we decided that the time was right to buy our very first camper van. We saw Moorlake online and contacted them regarding some vans which they had in stock. Ed was so helpful and informative and explained lots to us about the differences in the vans etc. Despite being in Cheshire and not close at all to where they were located we decided to place a deposit on a van to hold it whilst we drove down to see it. There was absolutely no pressure from the guys at Moorlake at all. We looked at a few different vans and went out on a test drive. Having decided to buy a van we arranged to collect the following weekend and were actually able to have some modifications made to our chosen van before we collected it. They gave us information about possible insurance companies and were just generally very helpful. Never felt rushed or pressured and their time and patience was much appreciated. Had a fantastic experience with our purchase from Moorlake and wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them to anyone - very genuine guys who know their stuff. The whole team at Moorlake were fantastic.

We went there thinking about possibly getting a van, and Ed and Vic were very open with us, giving us great advice. They weren't pushy at all, recommendad we take our time and even borrow a van for a night.

We fell in love with one of the vans and ordered that. The team were very accommodating and we ordered a few add-ons to the van such as reverse parking camera and heated seats.

They were also really good at the handover, explaining everything and giving us more useful advice. The advice that Ed and Vic gave us over a few visits was really valuable, such as getting a mattress topper for the bed.

Since we bought the van we have been really happy with it. The build quality of the CamperKing conversion is brilliant.

From the initial consultation to the handover was first class. Ed was very knowledgeable and answered all questions regarding the sale of the campervan to my satisfaction. sink /tap function wasn't working but this was soon sorted out and shown working when fixed. The talk of how everything worked was excellent . I am now enjoying travelling in my van to the full !! . .Thank you to Ed and the team for the knowledge and help for an easy transition of buying a campervan.

I was looking for the right spec camper conversion at the right price for months - when I finally reached out to Moorlake - John and Ed where exceptionally warm, accommodating but not pushy at all - we found a van I loved but I didn’t like the wheels and wanted a change to the cab - both sorted without problems or astronomic pricing at extremely quick turnaround - I even had a very minor issue post sale that paul and the team have gone out of their way to resolve at no disruption to me. Genuinely wish I had done it sooner but so glad it was through Moorlake.

I cannot rate this company enough! I looked at quite a few vehicles before deciding which one to go for. From start to finish the whole process was excellent. Bought my dream van from moorlakes. Customer service was great. There was no sales pressure, Mark “the Saturday boy” was very informative about all things camping and vans. Received some great advise and I’ve also gone back to moorlakes for some after sales extras. Would recommend this business for anyone looking for a vw van.

From the first engagement, Ed and the team were polite, knowledgeable and very passionate about their campervans. Being a first time buyer of a VW conversion Camper, this provided the comfort I needed to complete the purchase. The sales process, handover and aftercare have been great! Once we had finally made the decision that it was time to buy a campervan after lots of online research, we wanted to find somewhere to view a good range and although it was a fair distance from our home, we were so impressed with the reviews for Moorlake we decided it was the place to go. We purchased a beautifully finished van from them and John kindly arranged for us to pick it up closer to home. During pick up it was noticed that a couple of small things were missing and these were immediately rectified and sent to us with a smile.

Paul at Moorlake is very informative and happy to spend time explaining all the features and answer any queries. Camperking conversions are highly recommended, we cannot find anything extra that needs to be added,

We had been talking about buying a Campervan for a couple of years but had never taken the plunge. Having googled campervans near us we came across Moorlake who are a Camper King dealership. We knew that Camper King had won some awards so decided to make this our starting point.
We had planned to look at a few different dealers but having visited Moorlake we rather impulsively (unusual for us) put a deposit down on ‘Ernie’ our two tone Campervan. Although lots to chose from we loved Ernie best. The show room was very well set up and helped us to visualise what owning a Campervan would be like, we had even brought our dog with us.
Harry and Paul from Moorlake were never pushy and always available to answer our questions, even when Paul was away on holiday.
The whole handover experience was thorough and detailed, we left knowing we knew what to do but feeling that we could ask Paul questions at any time.
We have been away in Ernie for a few weekends and he feels well made and of high quality. He coped well with heavy rain and a thunderstorm. The bed is very comfortable too.
We would highly recommend Moorlake for their friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail.
