Responsive, honest and transparent

Morguard was great. Rosanna was quick to answer questions and Simon (the surveyor) did a thorough job by pointing out to the issues that we should be aware of and address. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service from the start to finish. Rosanna informed us the steps involved beforehand. On the survey day, we had a couple of calls with the Surveyor (Gianni). i.e one before and one after survey. They were super useful.

Gianni was polite and patiently listened and noted all of our queries and answered them in a long call after the survey. Really appreciated!

Quick turnaround in producing the report. And it was of top notch. It was thorough, detailed and inclusive of potential remedies. I will definitely recommend their service to my friends and family.

Morguard were absolutely brilliant with our survey - from being flexible when the tenants of the house were being difficult to allow access and changing their plans last minute for us and providing a detailed and helpful report with photos and clarity from Krystal. The report definitely seems much more in depth than other examples I had seen form other surveyors - it is true when they say you get what you pay for! I rang Morguard in the morning for some advice on potential structural issues with my house. They checked a damp report I had from a separate company and by the afternoon had sent me a reply containing contacts of companies who could help me. Really helpful and much appreciated.

Morguard was fast in providing a quote and arrange the survey on site. Guy, the surveyor called me before he went to the property and asked my concerns. They handed me the report 2 days after the survey which I felt sensible as a careful and detailed report needs time to prepare.
Thanks to Rosanna and the team who helped to arrange a surveyor who explained the report to me in my mother language (Cantonese).

Very professional company. Receiving a pre survey phone call was very useful. Also, having a phone call after survey before receiving the official report was great, as it put your mind at rest. They were also very quick at responding to any follow up questions. I Would definitely recommend this company.
