Online order cancelled in the early hours
Morrisons tried to take payment from my bank card in the early hours of the morning, the day the delivery was due. Bank flagged it as suspicious activity & as I wasn't awake to see this, the order was cancelled. I'd put 100 items on the order & spent ages doing it, so it's a right pain & sadly not the first time this has happened with Morrisons (it's never happened with other supermarkets). I'll be going elsewhere from now on, rather than having to set my alarm for 4am to make sure my order's not cancelled at the last minute!
My first online order with Morrisons
I placed my first order with Morrisons Online for a few bags of rice, and on the day of delivery it was cancelled. The items had shown as in stock and the order was fully processed, so this was disappointing.
I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking it may have gone out of stock after I ordered. However, when I placed a second order—this time choosing a different brand of rice—the exact same thing happened. The order was processed, only to be cancelled again on the day of delivery.
After two identical experiences, I won’t be using Morrisons Online again.

Morrisons more card
Morrisons more card. Paid for shopping and it gave me £5 voucher but expiry date was day it gave me the voucher. I had just bought my food so didnt need it after my shop. Emailed customer service and still going backwards and forwards with the complaint. Very unhappy

Every item ordered was substituted, even though I explicitly ticked 'do not substitute' on each one. Ridiculous service but not unexpected.

This has become very common with Morrisons.

Too many basic items not available
Been ordering for a while through Amazon/Morrisons but too many items are not being delivered and their replacement option is silly. Last week I got laundry detergent in place of fabric conditioner! This week 4 items missing including bread and milk. I've never had a order without things missing. Its not good enough. Will look to order elsewhere. Can't contact them to feed back because they don't give an option so this is the only way!!

Really poor compared to other same day delivery services.
No option to select if you want a substitute or not. They throw any old substitute in and don't bother to update the receipt. Every time items have been missing and they never bothered to refund. Honestly will never use again. Compared to the normal home delivery service which is quite good, the NOW service is shockingly bad. Never again, dont bother or you'll lose money on items that dont get delivered.
Let's not even get started on how long they normally take..

Purchased some mature cheese slices (processed) ABSOLUTELY disgusting!! Tastes bitter and metallic.. absolutely ruined our burgers.. yuk.. morrisons are taking liberties with their food.. everything tastes cheap and nasty..
Late delivery / Rude driver
Delivery was booked for 6pm -7pm. arrived at 8pm and then went to the wrong property .
Driver then dumped my order in a pile outside my door, no apology, just said ' im late ive got to go.'...
Appalling service, rude driver, i have shopped with morrisons for over 10 years but will not be using again.
ANTI CASH.
I visited Morristons Banbury a couple of days ago and went to the self service tills and out of the 18 tills only one was accepting cash. Is cash being fazed out?.
On a good day there is only 3 tills accepting cash, can anyone tell me why cash seems to be unwanted .

Delivery didn't arrive am on Sun 22nd March - no call, no text, no communication whatsoever.
Had to chase twice before being advised that delivery had been attempted....this was completely untrue; there was no Morrisons van that morning at all. Our front door Ring cam picks up every single movement in the close & with having a family birthday we had several deliveries that morning with no problem, and i was also keeping a close eye out whilst ironing (useless info but nonetheless 100% it did not happen).
Was informed that delivery would be resent after 6pm & i would be called first to advise when enroute.
Our birthday plans meant we had to cancel dinner & go out for lunch.....i then received a door cam motion alert at 3.20pm, you guessed it, Morrisons van attempting to deliver 4 hours late - no call, no text, no communication & not after 6pm as advised. Order was then cancelled!!!
Appalling & unacceptable service by Morrisons & all i had back was an apology.
I've been a customer for many years, but goodbye Morrisons i'm off to Sainsburys - you don't deserve my custom & can shuv your apology were the sun doesn't shine.
THANKS MORRISONS FOR RUINING MY BIRTHDAY PLANS & by the way Sainsburys delivered tonight & everything on my order was in stock, with no substitutions at all - winner, we should have switched sooner, so thanks for the push Morrisons, won't be shopping with you again 👍
If I make an order on the website and…
If I make an order on the website and it tells me "x isnt' available", that's fair enough. I can make a decision whether to continue. But time and again, when they pick the order, the store they are picking and delivering from is out of stock. This means I can't do an altnerative without going elsewhere and spending more.
I make a complaint and nothing is done. I have an open complaint that was passed on to the store in question who have (as of 2 months) done nothing about this. In fact when I rang to complain moments ago with the latest missing order, the call centre was staffed by people who were laughing and joking so loud in the background I couldn't hear the person taking my call. I asked 4 times to keep the background noise down, but, like my order, no luck.
Can't recommend this company at all.
Morrisons Now should be Never - Never again
Morrisons Now should be Never and will never use again. Waited 2 hours after delivery time, hungry and frustrated. Never arrived. Call centre unable to help as drivers are a 3rd party. It add insult to injury they still charged me for the order and I had to call and state my case for a refund and wait 7-10 days for the refund on an order they never delivered. Dreadful service and customer service. I will never use Morrisons again, had they dealt with it better it could have been different.

Beware of the parking restrictions.
You are not allowed to leave the designated parking area or you will be subject to £100.00 fine. You can only visit Morrisons if you park here. Should you visit another retailer as well as Morrisons, or leave the designated area for any amount of time (5 minutes) as well as visiting Morrisons you will be fined £100.00.
There is a maximum time you can park, that is fair enough.
Unbelievable attitude from Morrisons who contract a third party to act for them. Never come across this policy at a retail park before, does nothing to encourage shopping in Castleford or at Morrisons
Dreadful website design - customer hostile
Review of Morrisons shopping website. Really inconsiderate design, looks like the design is controlled by the marketing department and devoid of anyone with UX design knowledge. So keen to push their worthless rewards, guess the 'rewards' are paying to be pushed, that the link is on screen all the time and the customer can't remove it. Pain in the fundament as it sits over and obscures useful information like basket price, and next buttons. And if you want to get to the links at the bottom of the home page, well when you scroll to the bottom of the page it pushes another screen load of products pushing the links off the bottom of the page. And goes on page after page. I guess their designers have to fail an IQ test before they are hired.
Ordered three items online
Ordered three items online, two of which where heavy bags of pebbles and soil, which being in my eighties I am unable to carry from the shop hence I did not object to paying their delivery charges. The third item was a roll of bin bags priced at £2.75, which would not have been a problem buying from any shop locally but decided to add it onto my order. Their delivery driver arrived as promised the following day but they only had the roll of bin bags and I was advised that the heavy items were out of stock. They then invoiced me for £11.75 to include delivery and small item charge ,for a roll of bin bags priced at £2.75. I would add that my first choice for the heavy items were out of stock and they suggested I accepted their alternative suggestions which I did, but which were still not delivered nor did they offer any other substitutes. I have written directly to the CEO stating that I am happy to take the £2.75 into their store next week to pay for the goods I did receive but I will certainly NOT be paying £11.75 for a roll of bin bags!!! I would also add that their email stating that they were out of stock of my heavy items did not arrive until AFTER the delivery of the bin bags was made

This is not about deliveries but the stupid and inept website
I tried to log in and got 3 successive verification codes none of which it accepted. My email and password were correct but the thing basically called me a liar when I tried all three one after the other.
I have had it with the stupid thing and I may shop there but they can stuff their £5 vouchers where the sun doesn't shine
Every time I try to claim it , it decides not to recognise my card.
Awful service
Awful service. My 94 year old mum relies on this service and often the deliveries do not arrive. Customer service are next to useless.
