Emma was excellent at MM, she went through everything with me answered my queries and made the whole process easy, plus the cover is excellent with some really useful add ons, like staff benefits and training

As usual I left getting insurance to the very last minute Latifah was fabulous calling me back and making sure everything was correct for me and my policy started on time.

I was already a customer, but had to make some substantial changes to our policy and create a new one at the same time. Latifa was extremley helpful, patient, answered questions I had (several times), checked queries for me.. nothing was too much trouble.
I tweaked a number of things and asked far too many questions but she was superb throughout, I really appreciate the time she took on the phone with me.
I managed to get both things sorted on the same call, I'd definitely recommend.

Mary was very cool, calm, collected and very patient. She was very thorough and explained matters clearly. Excellent experience which was quick and insurance sorted quickly.

Trying to get money that is owed to us from a parent, after numerous phone calls and emails sent, still nothing has been resolved. This has been close to 12 months with no indication as to what is happening. Absolutely disgusting professionalism. Highly unlikely to reccomend this second rate company!

I always use Morton Michel for my crafters insurance. I have dealt with the same broker for many years, he is so calm and kind and I have every faith that he obtains me the very best cover for my workshops.

Terrible company, disorganised, bad communication between staff, who don't seem to stay for long before leaving. They either respond slowly to emails and enquiries, or don't respond at all. Would not recommend.

I was so impressed with Latifah M-G’s professionalism, friendliness and help while trying to get my policy set up. I’ve been putting off getting my policy in place until the last minute because I was dreading all the jargon and admin. Latifah made it an enjoyable experience (and it takes a special person to make insurance policies enjoyable!!) so I’m just really happy to have had her helping and explaining things to me. Sue price has been my rock as a small business owner , i have had years of chat on the phone over the years with her , she has always been professional , polite , happy and tentative to my needs , she has listened to how my business runs and now comes up with solutions in my policy that would benefit me .
