We have dealt with Morton Michel for 10 years now, and have always received excellent service. I have recently renewed our policy and spoke with Mia, who was more than helpful. She was so friendly and knowledgeable, ensuring that all information and advice was clear and understandable. I would definitely recommend Morton Michel without hesitation.

I contacted Morton Michel and the Customer Service Representative Daisy was very helpful and friendly. She explained to me the different options and benefits of each policy and helped me choose the one that suited my needs and budget. She also answered all my questions and clarified any doubts I had. She made the whole process easy and smooth. I appreciate her personable and professional service. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs to set up a home childcare insurance policy.

So helpful with a new quote and followed up with all questions. Explaining every step and why it was done. Had a few issues to start with but he resolved it very quickly and always called me back to avoid waiting time on the phone.
