I got a quote that I wanted to accept finally.
I got a quote that I wanted to accept but the website would not allow me pay but kept offering break down insurance. The phone number shown was to a wrong department/company. At least I was given the correct number to ring. I was put through to very pleasant and helpful lady. Elizabeth Anne sorted my insurance out for me quickly and efficiently.

Complete nonsense
Got a quote which was attractive. When I tried to pay they asked me for my number plate and the quote doubled. The original details I gave for the quote were accurate.

Was sent to this company from the USwitch comparison site. Great price, and know the score to re-add any extras. Got to the bit where I can add mine and the additional driver's licence numbers; got stuck in a loop of it not accepting the date, then when it accepted the date, it didn't accept the licence number. It finally accepted mine (main driver) and went on to the cover details. I want to add convictions - won't let me select a name. Doesn't even try. Congratulations, your magnificent AI has lost you business, and I can't imagine that I'm the only one it's done it to either.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed, I cancel the policy the second day after I started I supposed to get a £50 refund, about 2 weeks later I was trying to find what’s going on on with my refund and I found out the policy was still active i did wave to £130 to cancel it. I contacted them to get my money back but nothing so far they are not answering and ignoring my calls
