Went online had a problem paying . Phoned up got a very helpful lady who sorted it for me .

This is the worst insurance ever, the communication line is so terrible. I called to report an accident only for them to tell me to try and fix my car myself even though I have a comprehensive coverage. Now, I called to cancel my policy and I am getting peanut back from a policy that have only just started. Guess who doesn’t want to even pay the peanut back again… you guessed right!

Try to stay clear of Goskippy/summerset.

Nice price for insurance they offer

Fast and efficient, clear instructions and information, emails came within seconds

Paid a deposit for a policy. No mention of any 'admin fee' if I cancel before the policy starts. Then I received a credit agreement that, upon reading the small print, I realised was a con, and was totally skewed in favour of the credit company. No thanks, still within the cooling-off period, so I decided to cancel and not proceed with the policy. They've charged me £25 'cancellation fee'. No explanation as to what this covers, or proof of where I agreed to this, nothing. Reported to my credit card company and also the Financial Ombudsman. It'll cost them more than £25 to deal with my complaint with the Ombudsman :)

All fine - but some sort of error with the website meant that I had to complete the purchase on the phone. Not a problem, and the person I spoke to was very helpful, but did take a while

Do not use this insurance company, they are thieves. They took my monthly subscription then cancelled my policy a couple of days later. So imagine what they would be like if you tried to make a claim. Please go to an honest and reputable insurance company instead
