Used a comparison site for a new quote , and go skippy came up on the results , very good price , with everything g included no add ons as you usually get to bump the price up , so skippy was very easy to set up and made the whole process simple and stress free , would recommend giving it a try when your looking for a new quote

Good service quick and easy. Could be a bit cheaper but is the cheapest insurance around.

The site was easy to navigate. I am rubbish at doing things like insurance. I always mess up some way or another. But the site made it easy and gave a full breakdown at the end to check all answers.

Very poor customer service cart get a straight answer of them I would avoid go to someone else as your talking to idiotic

Requested that payments be made on 1st of the month when I get paid, and they put it down at the end of the month, now they are charging me £25 for a missed payment, well when your someone struggling with bills and payments you take it on the date requested not a few days before, I've spent the last hour trying to get through to someone, the phone hung up after 1 hour of waiting for someone to answer the phone, I will not be renewing my policy with this company, not the 1st time I've tried to call them, and all it does is go through a long procedure of pressing buttons to then play crap annoying tunes at you and not get answered. Last time I ended up emailing them,waited 3 days between replies.

AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU MAY NEED TO CALL THEM.

Very disappointed with go skippy I decided not to go ahead with my insurance renewal and cancelled it. 2 weeks later I got a text message saying thank you for staying with us and you’re policy will continue to run . I telephoned them and spoke with the rudest person ever eventually after speaking down to me for half an hour he assured me he had cancelled the renewal for the 2 nd time. So today another week later I got another text message from them saying they had now setup my direct debit and would take the next payment on the 19 th of this month so another hour on the phone and I was assured the direct debit would not be reset up so I believed that then I thought I would check my bank not only had they set the direct debit up again but tried taking a payment I am pretty sure the answering service go skippy are using are trying to scam people so beware people go skippy has gone down hill dramatically now I have to wait until Monday and travel by bus 5 miles to my bank to tell them not to allow go skippy to set up any direct debits terrible service go skippy get your act together. I am a customer and wanted a quote for a new car, they were unable to provide a quote without a registration!
All other providers are able to quote but this company can't or can't be bothered to assist its customer.
Having looked at other reviews for this company I realise I make the wrong choice in taking out a policy with them.

Cheapest quote in the market and really reliable. I used to insure with goskippy went to another insurer last year but came back to goskippy for there service, price and support they offer probably the best in the market.

Dont use these jokers 1st claim i had theytied to get the excess twice and when my car had to be crushed they wanted to charge me nearly £150 because of hidden fees and interest
They shouldnt be allowed to trade, customer service is even better absolute morons
