When I had a car accident, this insurance company did not support me properly and, in my opinion, unfairly took money from me. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing, and I feel their customer service and support are very poor. I hope people think carefully before using this company and consider my experience before making their decision.

Just bought an insurance with them.gave me a cheaper quote than my renewal with my previous insurance. Had some issues with adding a second driver so called them and liked the way it was handled. I however wish there was an app to manage everything.

Do not use them
Do not use them. Cancelation procedures non existent charges are day ligth robbery, costumer service poor , cant complaint to no one. Dont even go there because of the insurace cost. I dont recomend

Do not touch with a bargepole
Do not touch with a bargepole. You will NEVER speak to someone. Just dragged out chat. 10 minutes to get connected to someone. Then ages for them to reply. It took a very patient chap, 2 HOURS to get an authorisation to repair a windscreen chip.
Then today, it took 40 minutes to get part way through a policy cancellation, but when it took me 3 minutes to reply, the call was terminated. Now an hour later I have finally cancelled the policy, which has only a few weeks to run, and they have charged me £75.

absolutely horrendous utterly appalling
absolutely horrendous, cancelled insurance prior due to not being able to pay but despite having a conversation with someone and explaining needed an extension due to a change in jobs and there for a change in date i got paid. absolutely horrendous attitude from the people on the phone, asked to make a complaint and was simply told no despite this being the law for a consumer to make a complaint. genuinely terrible organisation do not use. AVOID AVOID AVOID money grabbing company. DO NOT USE
