STAY AWAY no test drives allowed but purchased the car with the understanding warranty was included drove it home and it overheated I then had to take it back at my exspensive on a truck about 1 hour later they rang and said its fixed I then drove it away broke down on the motorway rang them back up that's when it all started I found out the car had been used as a taxi which is illegal as I was not informed soon as you start saying what about my warranty they just hang up then they say that guys not in today avoid at all cost please listen to what I'm saying

I made a purchase on my Suzuki Jimny from here. I absolutely love it. Best car I’ve ever bought. No damage no repairs. Best off road car around. 100% recommend.

I was interested in buying a 2017 LWB Range Rover in August of 2023 and sent them a £500 deposit without even seeing the car, not very intelligent on my behalf I must admit. However, living abroard and buying at distance makes things complicated. 24 hours after having made the deposit, I called to cancel my wish to buy the car. I was advised by a friend that Motorhub was not a trustworthy company. They refused to refund the £500 deposit on the basis that the car had already been prepared !!! When looking at Company's House to check their details, it can be seen that their HQ is a house with barbed wire fencing and threatening messages attached. On top of that, they seem to operate out of a public carpark. Do NOT buy from these people. These few give the honest car dealers a bad reputation.

Luckily motorhub location was not so far from my office. They took only 2 hours to complete the all process and delivery the car. Recommended 👍

Excellent choice of cars to view at your own pace. Just take a torch with you as they are all parked on a multistorey car park. Bought a really nice Audi A4 Avant for my wife. Great service, thank you!

What an absolute joke of a company.
Completed online form for part x price.
Received an e mail saying a rough estimate of 7k. No name, no introduction or call.
E mailed explaining that this offer was about 700 to 1k less than others. Had another e mail saying this is their offer. E mailed them saying so your rough estimate is your final estimate. Received yet another e mail saying this is what Autotrader says, which when I looked was actually 7695.00, and that's it.
Very, very poor customer service. Could have picked up the phone to discuss and find out the finer details of my vehicle to hopefully come to a deal. What an absolute joke.
Don't bother with this company.

look at the name of the people who are giving positive reviews and there expressions ect . I will definitely not be falling for this bunch of charlatans with there manipulative con men and women who are extremely well versed in the art of conning the general public and potential car buyers who they target apoun to no end ! please I ask you not to be fooled by the positive reviews as in my professional opinion they are All Fake and if you look at the other car reviews companies to cross reference there you will definitely find the true answer are motor hub real or FAKE . . .if you don't believe me then side with caution tape or video secretly or ask motor hub can you video the time you're there and see how it goes with your request and if they have nothing to worry about then surely they will say yes , you can video and I bet you a thousand pounds they say no chance and give a big fat lie why they and you can't

Dishonest, rude and unwelcoming staff. Was viewing a car and was relaying concerns that I had, hoping for them to be explained but this man was very defensive and rude over some of the basic things that we were pointing out. He basically told us if we didn't like the car to just leave and go elsewhere and then walked away from us! Never met someone who was selling something to be this disrespectful and dismissive. The car I ended up purchasing had issues which I only found out about after leaving the garage. These lot are just looking for a quick buck and will do anything to sell something fast and easy, i.e. they do not fully check over their cars. Of course there's only so much you can do before buying a car but some of these issues could have been identified and relayed to the customer.

Don't waste your time visiting this garage no matter how flashy their place looks. I've learnt my lesson.

CON ARTISTS - AVOID!

The dodgiest most dishonest people.
Travelled over 2 & half hours to view a car that looked perfect online. Got there & the wing mirror was broken & would need to be replaced, but I loved the car & it was such a great price so I was willing to still get it. Asked about past service history etc, I was told that it had just had a full inspection & everything was working perfectly, I asked to see the report & they refused to show me. I told them I would be taking it to be checked over by a mechanic if I bought it, they said there is no grace period & the car cannot be returned if any faults found. No reputable & honest dealer would do this.

I rang a local car garage whilst there to see if someone could come have a look at it, when they found out where I was they told me to not buy the car, to keep my money & that they are known for dodgy cars.

After me asking them more questions they told me they were not happy to sell me the car & got nasty & intimidating.

It was only after I left that we read the reviews & seen that a lot of people have been conned by these people & have been sold faulty cars.

The good reviews for them here are 100% left by employees & family.

Bought a car from this lot previously..avoid their attitude stinks and customer service is absolutely crap wouldn't buy off this lot ever again

They wrote there was no major damage, they refused to fix or remedy their obligations as dealers, they threaten you when you complain there is major damage. They cannot be trusted to tell the truth was my finding. They give you worthless warranty, they try and mislead you to get the sale. Beware it could cost you thousands of pounds in legal costs and more. They ignore public protection in trading laws. I found them to be ruthless and fined £53,000 in magistrates court just before lockdown came around. Dont trust what they write or advise you was also my recent finding when buying from them. They were accused of being reckless car dealers. I kept all their written untruths and refusals, including denials and fairy tales. Buyers beware when passing money to this firm. I got little true information about the state of the vehicle as false information was consistent and so was cover ups. This is a true account and can be proven with forensic evidence to support the same in the public interests. I say trust the negative reviews on this firm as they have away about them and find me online too by searching MOTORHUB Keighley

Absolute con men....Read the names on the 5 star reviews.....they are a p** take and absolutely fake.

Actually hate to give you 1 star ( and you absolutely know why sales team ). Ok car buyers let’s begin with the absolute nightmare this company put me and my family through. The car had high mileage I respect that it was my decision however, when I went to look at the vehicle the battery was flat but no problem I was assured we will put a new battery on. Give you 12 months MOT and a full valet. I had to leave a £300 non refundable deposit to secure the car until it was ready, upon returning 2 days later the car still wouldn’t start ( it’s gone flat again he said ) news to me a new battery goes flat after a day or two, they ended up putting a new battery on while I went into town for a bite to eat. On returning the car was outside so called ready. apart from the age related defects an LED light was white on 1 side and orange on the other ( nothing we can do about that it’s wear and tear ) no valet was carried out at all looked like kids had a gravy fight in the back, no speakers working in the rear of the car they’d blown. when I confronted the rep that one of the few advisory’s on the MOT test stated coolant leak he swore to me that that it was a sensor fault and was giving a reading that the coolant was low and it had now been fixed. I popped the bonnet before leaving to check the fluid levels, oil was half, and no surprise there was coolant residue around the bottle but I dried it up with the intention to monitor it on a pit stop home. taxing the car I drove the car away after a £5300 bank transfer and off I went……I realised at this time that they gave me a car with 5 miles range in the fuel tank, so I stopped at a local Sainsbury’s petroleum station and I put £50 in the tank as it was my car and I was obviously going to use my fuel. Oh no not today. within 15 minutes on the motorway home disaster warning engine temperature too high stop now coolant empty. OMG. ring ring hi it’s me I’ve just broke down in the car you sold me. Ok where are you I don’t know. Come and get me and issue me a full refund. This car is not fit for purpose. They told me I had 1 of two options either wait for them to recover the vehicle and assess it or pay for recovery back to them and the will start to process a refund. They got there own guy to recover the car and sent me home after 8hrs with my son and puppy. With no car and no money. After many many phone calls I received a bank transfer 5 days later. No fuel refund, and more importantly to me not a single god damn apology. Little have they yet to learn that I contacted the police, action fraud, citizens advice and you guessed it guy’s trading standards.

Went to Motor Hub in Bradford as I’d seen a 7 seater car I’d seen on auto trader and called them to say I would come up to view it. Explained I had a 4 hour drive and said I could leave a deposit to hold vehicle in view of distance to travel, was told they don’t take deposits over the phone and they would just note an appointment had been made, so it would be fine, was told they noted my number and gave my name.

On arriving on time or just before went to the sales office and said that I had called and made an appointment to view vehicle. Was given a key for vehicle and told it was on 2nd level, so had to wall up two flights of stairs, no sales person came with me and had to find vehicle for myself. This is a car park turned showroom of park cars for sale. Was told I could move car out but not to drive it. So moved out and inspected it. On inspecting the vehicle found dents, scratches and lacquer peeling of bonnet, and deep scratch on rear none of which was in the photos on auto trader or on their own website.

After going back down to the sales desk I asked if I could test drive it anyway, a sales person went off to bring the vehicle down and parked it outside, to my surprise he then said a deposit had been taken. With this I said that I had come a long way and that no one had contacted me to tell me.

I was offered another vehicle which would cost more but was told they could offer a discount on it, but it was still more then the original vehicle. Said I would look at it so was given key and told it was on 2nd level to view this had a dead battery so could not more out but on inspecting this vehicle also had dents and was only a 5 seater, so not ideal.

After going back to the sales office they didn’t seem to bother that I had travelled the distance and that they had taken a deposit on it, without let me know.

As I was not happy was told to calm down as No one seemed to care and was told that they didn’t want to do business with me and with that I left to go back to a 4 hour drive home.

Unhelpful, unprofessional, not good service wouldn’t recommend at all, unless that’s the sort of service you want!

Absolute con men.320 mile after purchase a light came on costing £2000,which I'm pretty sure they knew about.They wre not willing to help or even offer a good will gesture nor discuss the matter...nothing to do with us.DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!!.Also their warranties are worse than useless.STAY CLEAR
