Shocking, dishonest, ignorant company.
A decent person would want to help you if they sold you a terrible, substandard car by mistake… but here’s the thing, it’s not a mistake… they are fully aware that they are ripping you off. They are not decent people.
When you try to contact them to organise a refund they ignore your rights a consumer. This is illegal but they don’t care.
Do some research into this company and its directors, you will quickly find they are more than just on the radar of trading standards, they have been prosecuted before. They basically laugh at the law.
PLEASE DON’T THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY.

Last Saturday I went to test drive a Ford Ranger as I was looking to upgrade my towing car and it was the right price. Had a conversation with the salesman who then took me to the truck and gave me the key. Said to come back when I was ready to test drive it. Looked it all over, pressed all the buttons, all good. Went out for a short test drive, told the salesman that the clutch needed replacing but I was interested. Went back into the office and said i would have it if they replaced the clutch, which they agreed to do, did all the paperwork, took my reg off the car I was part exing and left them to it. Had almost daily updates from them and the mechanic re the ranger and it was delivered to me today, new clutch, clean and tidy. As a female, I was nervous about buying a "mans" truck but had nothing to worry about. I'm glad I didn't read these reviews before I went as I might have missed this truck. My husband purchased a car from these, worst mistake ever......he only driven it less than 2000 miles and the steering rack is knackered, phoned the garage and they won't take the car back, even tho he has a warranty, and put phone down on my husband, DONT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY, really bad

Avoid at all cost I bought a car 8 weeks only done 2000 niles and the car is knackered the steering rack need replacing at a cost of £1400 I payed £6200 for the car and the warranty there give me only covered me for £250 lol not worth the paper it written on I've spoke to the garage and the have told me there's nothing there can do for me what a joke this place is please 🙏 Avoid at all cost you will save your self a lot of hassle. There offered me trade price for my car I've just bought off them .

Would just like to say my nephew purchased a car theses cowboys, because that’s what they are, take your money sell you a car that’s got issues, when you telephone them they do not want to help, give dodgy MOT, they need reporting to the trade standards. Absolutely disgusting do not buy a car from theses.

I brought an Audi s3 if these for 13k it stated no problems on car, how ever on my way home on a 3hour trip asoon as I got to 50mph on motorway a terrible wheel bearing sound. Also that m o t was done the same day I brought it , , it passed with an one advisory oil leak but not excessive but they hid this from me and said yh it’s passed, only wen I got home I saw the advisory otherwise I would not of brought it with these problems, well dodgy not as it needed oil on my way home having jist been mot, , I had the car not even 24 hour and they don’t wanna no , said it’s west and tear, I said wear and tear I’ve had car matter of hours how could it be wear and tear, these guys have very nice supper cars for 1m pound some of them and they don’t wanna give me my money bk for a 13k car. I will be goin all the way woth this as these sammers not getting away with having me over , , advoid trust me , no one but a car of these, I hope ppls take note. Not helpful, I have right as a customer to reject car if not happy with refund with in 30 days , and they not having it (but they will in the en I make sure , but no one buy from these,

Horrors ! Stay away from them please. They are RUDE and they will sell you a bbaaaadd car and claim it’s in a perfect condition.

No shame ! I’m going to court wish me luck with these scammers. No trust in them they’ll eat your money and won’t give it back. Hungry for money. Acting like they own those fake supercars.

Terrible experience, worst ever. Do not purchase from this seller as they will probably sell you a vehicle with faults.
Purchased an evoque in Jan 24, when collected it had an blue fault. I was informed that the fault would clear when driven back home, this was 300 miles away.
The fault did not clear and I had to visit a local reputable garage several times to pay out of my own pocket to fault find and repair.
The warranty is useless, not worth the paper it’s written on.
2 months later the ad blue fault was cleared, as it took time to get the parts to repair the fault and then the engine failed 3 days later. Reseller said it was my fault as I neglected to car, which was total nonsense. The timing chain slipped and damaged the engine.
To this day I’m still trying to get the adblue fault cleared, zero support from Motorhub.
The car is rotten to the core just like the seller
Do your research before purchasing, you will see there is a trend with many negative reviews of unhappy customers,
Avoid at all costs, spend more money and buy from a reputable dealer, not these total sharks.

Extremely disappointed with Motorhub after sales is completely rubbish!!!

I would NEVER use they again and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!!

Sold me a trash car the luns

Within 4 days of having this car a weird noise was coming from the car. The timing belt was going and was going to cost 2k.
Rang the garage who said it must have happened within the 4 days of having it.
Refused to help whatsoever.
Ive had this car a few months now and the car is basically unfit and is going to cost thousands to fix . I am 2 months from giving birth with an unsafe car and thousands of pounds to find to fix it. Please avoid at all costs

Bough a vehicle from them and payed 21,000£ which failed the mot after 3 weeks since purchasing. They put me to pay for a diagnostic of the car and after saying that I need to drive a not roadworthy vehicle back to them to “check it”.
Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

I bought a 2014 VW Golf from here and the car has been spot on, when i went to view it they gave me the keys and left me to check it over with no pushy salesmen looking over my shoulder. the reason i went was the price being nearly a grand cheaper than everything in my 50 mile search radius, id already viewed a handful of cars and didnt expect much but tbh the car was as good as any of the others and i liked how they left me to decide in my own time.

I have to agree with the other negative reviews about this place I'm glad I didn't take it any further my enquiry as that was extremely hard work and very dissapointing correspondence, dreadful experience, the car I was looking at on the advert hadn't been tested for 3 years no explanation as to why, fudged through the service history questions offered a pittance for my car and then even got his cars value too high totally different to the advert Rubbish place, dreadful stay clear

Do not go here. They advertise cars incorrectly, not showing damage then promise you everything will be fixed! Wouldn’t even let me take one out for a test drive as apparently no one was available. The car I viewed was in awful condition but made to look pristine on the advert. I travelled almost 3 hours to view what I thought was a sound car and after complaining that it wasn’t as advertised they refused to refund me a holding deposit. They have been reported to trading standards. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

At first I was very impressed by them until I got to view the car in proper daylight. The panoramic roof has a crack in it and was told its just cosmetic plus I asked several times will the car would be valeted, which they assured me that it would be. The car was dirty with coffee stained carpets and dirty doors compartment. Plus blue tack stuck in the trim in the rear of the car.
I know it's mostly cosmetic but if you going to say that you're going to get it cleaned, then do it.
Poor customer service, the salesman just strugged his shoulders and said sold as seen.

What a scam company... check out all their fake reviews!!! I am currently working hard to get then taken off of autotrader. I have evidence that they posted scam reviews there - and if autotrader are complicit with fraud, then they will also be fined. Watch this space. And Billy, karma is coming, my friend...

We drove 5 hours to view a car that we liked from south wales. Spoke to Dan the salesman who held the car until we got there.
From the very first moment we got there to test driving the car away it was an easy straight forward experience. No hiccups. We arrived at 10am and was on route home by 12pm midday with car. Superb customer service.
We love our new car!! Well done motorhub. It's a 5 star all the way from south wales from us.
