Very simple process and very professional from start to finish. Got a reasonable price for my bike, without the hassle of selling privately.

I needed to sell one of my motorcycles a 2015 Triumph Explorer XC in order to fund a camper van project. I was offered a reasonable price, not the best price, but fair. The processes was quick, safe, uncomplicated and above all honest and upfront. I am another satisfied customer. Thank you.

my experience with motorbike trader were very good, they kept me informed constantly.When it it was collected the process was easy the driver was very professional, the money was transferred immediately.

Excellent communication from motorbike trader, gave me a valuation as to what I entered on the site. The driver/mechanic came to view the bike and do the paperwork. Once he had accepted the condition of the bike the money was in my account within 5 mins. The bike doesn’t get loaded onto the van until the money goes in your account.

Total waste of time. Didn't turn up on the day when I rang they said that they had got the wrong bike so could not pay my the value I had been offered. They had the reg for god sake nothing hidden. Do not touch them !

However I was quoted a price which was then withdrawn from me.

Had to sell my bike due to knee surgery and didn't want the hassle of selling it privately. Filled in the form on MBT website, got a quick quote from them, bit low to start with but after confirming some details they raised the quote to an acceptable level.

Within a week they'd arranged to come round, check the bike and take it away. The guy who came round was excellent, very friendly and professional. He did a thorough check of the bike, filled in the forms and called the finance team. The money took a while to go through, wasn't quite as quick as anticipated, but that could just be because I don't bank with one of the traditional banks! All went through fine, bike taken away, no hassle.

Happy to recommend to anyone who needs to sell a bike without the personal hassle of doing so privately. You'll get less for your bike but it's so quick and easy it's worth it.

Sad day getting rid of bike. Motorbike Traders made it painless, good price, very professional. Neil rocked up this morning, even slightly early. Process very friendly and professional. Would recommend them to anybody. Well done guys now find my bike a good owner please!

Motorbike trader got back to me quickly and was able to up valuation when I called, then webuyanybike made a better offer by £100 when I said this I was told the offer was off the table from them as webuyanybike does this all the time as they are there competition, I was also warned by motorbike trader I wouldn’t get the price I was told from webuyanybike found this very poor from motorbike trader/super bike factory! Business is business no need to be like that, other than this was ok just don’t be honest with them who you’ve got quotes from. I have all emails sent showing times and dates.
