Before I chose a solicitor, I spent literally days thoroughly researching all the motoring law firms available across the UK. This involved checking through lots and lots of customer feedback. For me it was going to be very worthwhile as this was gong to be one of the most important choices I was going to make. The police charges against me were quite serious and came with very scary and uncomfortable consequences. It seemed clear to me that Caddick Davies had to be on my initial shortlist. From there I spoke with the Principal owners of the businesses and found without doubt Neil Davis at Caddick Davies to be the most attentive, straight talking and reassuring about what lie ahead and how his company could help me through it. This was followed up and justified all the way along through to the conclusion where in my opinion the outcome for me was a hell of a lot better than first expected. I would certainly recommend Neil and his team at Caddick Davies based on all their work defending my case and helping me get through what was a very difficult time in my life.

Take no notice to any of the positive reviews they are probably fake just like the solicitors they are trained to take your money regardless of out come you will be led up the garden path with silly packages they have no intention of holding up their side of the bargain not there to help you your just a cash cow

Absolutely amazing result after everything, Baljit was very helpful and kept me informed on everything the whole way through, highly recommend!

I contacted Caddick Davies after being charged with a speeding offence which I plead guilty to, but it coincided with a post surgery incident where I voluntarily handed back my driving license, upon reapplication I was advised by the DVLA that I met the section 88 criteria and so my license was in fact in place it just took 6 months for my physical license to be issued. I was also charged of driving without a license but the section 88 legislation allowed me to drive. Had it not been for Tom’s support with my case it could have been a completely different outcome. The charge was withdrawn and I received the penalty for speeding which was not contested. Tom was brilliant throughout the whole process and would recommend anyone in a similar situation to instruct Caddick Davies. Tom was helpful, set out a clear plan once the evidence was gathered and made the whole stressful process very easy - something I would not been able to do alone. I cannot stress enough how glad I am that I made the contact with Caddick Davies. 5* from me.

We were facing an incredibly difficult situation where my son was at risk of receiving a custodial sentence following a serious road traffic offence involving driving under the influence of drugs, linked to underlying mental health challenges. Whilst we fully understood that a driving disqualification was inevitable, our main concern was that a prison sentence would not support his recovery or rehabilitation.

I was given some free legal advice over the phone by David McChrystal, he was extremely professional, helpful and understanding in what I was saying, on he advised me it was actually better not to try and challenge the case of being caught on my phone as I had no points and wasn’t a risk of loosing my license explaining that the money I would save on insurance premiums would be spent on arguing my case so it would be easier to just take the point & fine and the it’s over an done with, no hassle of court etc and I can just move on without worry about how it would go, I would recommend this company as I spoke to another company and they where just filling me with false hope and telling me what I wanted to hear, but David was honest and gave me the BEST advice for my situation.
