Natasha was really informative and gave me really good free legal advice

Had great service , before i even chose caddick davies as my defence team, Lien case handler was so helpful and supportive in every way possible which is what convinced me to choose them. I called several other solicitors who were far more expensive as well as being unhelpful and blunt.
Then before court date i got my solicitor Raihana who was simply amazing, she guided me through the process and prepared me so well. I won my hardship case thanks to Raihana and lien . I chose well in Caddick Davies and if id represented myself i would have been lost unprepared and in all probably would have lost. A big thank you i always believe in giving praise when its due.

I am obviously satisfied by the service I have received from Caddick Davies. I was unfortunate to be one of those trapped in one speeding after another and very quickly totted up 15 points - panic set in, my job, my business and family was at risk due to a potential ban.
Tom at Caddick Davies worked with me (may not be responsive when they are busy) when it mattered to strategically advice on evidence I needed to present a hardship case in the event of a ban/ disqualification.
Long story short - the advice was good, courteous, with encouragement about the prospects of my case whilst being professionally frank about the potential outcomes. They got me a very good barrister who went over and above to defend me and the Judge upheld the hardship plea and I escaped a ban!!! Thanking God for the success but needed to leave a message for anyone looking for support in a similar case. The Chambers used were apparently experts in such driving infringements - but the barrister went the extra mile when she asked for my fine to be paid in instalments - added bonus

Now I have the opportunity to redress my driving habits and keep to to the limits and pray there are no hiccups - because I think it does not take a lot to be trapped today compared to the 36 years I have been driving🙏🏽

​I had an excellent experience with the team regarding a "Failing to Provide Driver Information" charge at Carlisle Magistrates Court. I want to specifically praise David McChrystal and Baljit for their professional and persistent approach.
​Baljit represented me at court and was incredibly thorough, explaining the trial process to me, my son, and our witness. Despite the prosecutor initially being very skeptical and insisting on a trial, Baljit pushed us to find the specific evidence needed to prove our postal issues. Once we managed to obtain a time-stamped screenshot of a previous complaint to Royal Mail, Baljit successfully used this to negotiate with the prosecutor. The result was an acquittal without me even needing to enter the courtroom. Thank you to David and Baljit for a brilliant outcome and for handling the defense costs order so efficiently.

Having never been in trouble with the law before, I unexpectedly found myself in that position back in 2023. Due to the nature of the charge, I initially thought I would have to plead guilty. I was terrified of losing my career as a registered professional and my licence.

However, because I was absolutely certain I had been blowing as hard as I could into the mouthpiece, my husband insisted on finding a solicitor. His friend recommended Caddick Davies, having used them for a similar case.

They spent more than two years requesting evidence, chasing the CPS (who were less than cooperative), and ensuring my case was properly investigated. Eventually, an expert toxicologist examined the mouthpiece — and it turned out to be defective. This crucial discovery led to the charge being dropped.

The sense of relief I felt was indescribable. The weight of that pending conviction had already affected my career prospects and personal wellbeing. I was losing job opportunities because I had to declare the pending case — and in my profession, such charges are heavily stigmatised.

While I was initially guilty of the offence that led to my arrest, I was not guilty of failing to provide. The circumstances were unjust, and if it hadn’t been for Daniel and Madeline’s belief in me and their determination to fight for the truth, I would likely have entered a guilty plea for something I hadn’t done.

I cannot thank Caddick Davies, Daniel, and Madeline enough for their hard work, professionalism, and unwavering support. This experience was an incredibly hard lesson, but one I will never forget.

Really professional and honest i would highly recommend this practice

Having never had dealings with a solicitor before I was a little nervous, from first contact I was made to feel at ease no judgement was cast and I was given sound advice. After my first phone call, I was in contact with Kane Harwell he kept me updated and informed and was always available to answer questions or concerns that I had. On going to court i was incredibly nervous but was made to feel comfortable. I was guided through what was going to happen questions that will be asked and what to expect in court.
