The ladies that dealt with my enquiry through to the final purchase were very helpful, friendly and very professional, they easily answered all my queries and questions and not once did I feel pressured in to making the purchase, you should be proud of having employees like this. The delivery was exceptional along with all the order process.

Would strongly recommend NOT buying a car from Motorfinity.

The process initially of buying the car was seamless. However delivery was where it all went wrong.

Motorfinity use a third party to source the vehicle. The third party then uses a delivery company which is based on a farm (as the delivery driver told me).

The car arrived dirty and with a load of white cotton on the car which appeared to be scratches. The delivery driver explained the cotton on the car is from the farm! The delivery driver explained as he was marking the car as dirty I had 72 hours to report to Motorfinity any damage.

I reported 2 scratches which are in a perfect line with 24 hours of the car arriving once I’d carefully cleaned the car.

Despite the delivery driver stating I had 72 hours Motorfinity and the provider of the car have denied the scratch as I didn’t spot it on delivery. Despite the car being dirty.

I really would not use this company I have complained to them and got nowhere. I feel as though I have been scammed!

I found the process was extremely simple, I wanted ex military discount and had to supply proof of such at the start. Initially I dealt with Luke Chambers who was excellent, brilliant communications and listened when I required changes. Built a car via the manufacturers website to my exact specifications, sent the code given on my configuration to Luke who provided their price OTR. (Motorfinity do not charge a fee for this process) I saved a fortune on the dealer price. He was even able to arrange competitive finance, if I had wanted it. Once the order was in I had to wait for the build and delivery. He handed over to Lucy Smith once the order was in and she was no less professional, keeping me in the loop and communicating information regarding payment dates etc. All in all a proper 5 Star service, deserving of a 5 Star review. Thank you so much Motorfinity.

After a colleague used Motorfinity I made an enquiry, I completing my own vehicle research before hand which made the process easier as I knew exactly the vehicle and specification I wanted. From the very start every person that I came in contact with were so helpful and there to answer any questions, to be fair it was explained so clearly there weren't many questions. As the process moved on you were advised of the next people who would assist in the process, I was kept up to date, helping me were Katie Powell, Kitt Matrix, Brady O’Donnell and Patrick Roberts. The process went very smoothly and my new car was delivered to my house yesterday, very pleased with the whole process. Thank you to everyone that assisted.

A huge thank you to the entire Motorfinity team for making what can often be a stressful process of buying a new car genuinely straightforward, seamless and enjoyable. From the very beginning, I received a no-nonsense, highly competitive quote, followed by clear and simple instructions covering the ordering process, payment, remote signing of paperwork, delivery of my new car and collection of my part exchange. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, with excellent communication throughout.

My new car was delivered within five weeks of ordering. Both drivers arrived before 11am and were extremely professional, courteous, considerate and helpful, making the whole handover completely hassle-free. And, most importantly, the new car is absolutely perfect!

I had never used Motorfinity before and originally came across the company through a corporate discount scheme. I have to say, the service has exceeded my expectations, and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Cash purchase and finance offered.

A special mention and huge thank you to Olivia and Fiona from the ordering and delivery teams. Their personal help, communication and professionalism were fantastic and made a real difference to the experience.

The only slight hiccup was when my bank initially declined the final, substantial payment. I then spent around an hour dealing with the bank's fraud team, which unfortunately left me uncertain about whether the transaction would ultimately go through and, consequently, whether I would actually receive the car as planned. In hindsight, the process would have been considerably less stressful if the bank had been able to confirm that Motorfinity was a genuine, established company and that the payment wasn't being flagged because of any concerns with the company itself. I appreciate that banks have their security procedures, but the combination of paying a large amount upfront for a car that I hadn't physically seen, test-driven or taken possession of understandably triggered their checks.

That was completely outside Motorfinity's control, and once resolved, everything went exactly as planned. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the service, the professionalism and, of course, my new car. Motorfinity have delivered a first-class customer experience from start to finish, and I would be very happy to use them again in the future.

From the very first call after speaking with Luke Chambers, I knew the process for purchasing a new KIA Sportage with veterans discount would be easy and very rewarding. I described exactly what I was wanting to purchase and within no time the car order form was sent for me to sign and return along with a deposit. Purchased a new car through Blue Light Card and Motorfinity. The service from Motorfinity’s Olivia and Katie was excellent. The Blue Light discount was extremely good as well. My only issue was that the car I originally wanted became unavailable and so a slight change had to be made.

Ordered a new car for the first time using Motorfinity. The whole process from start to finish was well organised and I was provided with regular updates. Luke and Fiona were excellent and we're able to answer all my questions.

I was not sure what to expect when buying a car when not actually dealing with a dealership directly as it has been a first for me. I can say that right from the initial discussion with Josh and then the delivery arranged by Fiona it has been excellent.
