Motorshift Reviews

James help me every step of the way with my purchase of my new Mercedes very helpful and easy throughout definitely recommend

I don’t often do these reviews, but Mark Dean has (for me) gone ‘above and beyond’ with his professional approach and brilliant customer service on my recent car purchase.
Thanks Mark

Excellent service from start to finish by danny and finley.
So happy with my new car and they helped me from start to finish.
Car was spotless when I picked it up, 12 months mot, service and a valet

Thank you very much

Bought a 330i from these guys and Mark looked after me from start to finish. Was a little worried leaving a deposit over the phone to hold the car but when I got there the car was near perfect. Mark pulled the stops out and got me a good price on my car and I've had it a week now and couldn't be happier. They have a fair few decent cars too. Not a bad word to say about them and will be back when the Mrs is ready to swap hers. Well done guys. Very happy.

Purchased a bmw 1 series from motorshift a while back and been meaning to leave a review. The car has been great. Danny was very helpful in helping me choose the right car for my needs. He checked in on me a couple of weeks after purchase to make sure everything was ok which I appreciated. Thank you, Lottie x

Company was recommended by a friend, staff were very helpful in finding me a lovely car . No problems at all.

Great service Finn, Thank you so much for getting my car ready on time.

Would recommend this company to anyone they are a good set of lads who are super helpful and helped me choosing my new car. They made sure the car was fully serviced and MOTd for me as I have bad experiences with buying cars in the past. Safe to say i trust this company and have nothing but good things to say about the staff and my experience!

Great car thanks a lot lads

Very good experience buying my first car through Motorshift , Thanks to Mark and the team for making this so easy , car was looking good on pick up all what was agreed to be done was done.

Recently took my Dad to purchase a car from here. Was really impressed with their service. Few minor issues with the car but they made sure they got everything sorted for him. I now have one happy Dad thanks to Mark for all your help and patience

Purchased a car about a month ago and at first I was feeling so deflated as it had a few minor issues with it, one being a squeaking noise which turned out to be a top mount needed replacing. Danny and Chris were very helpful and all the issues were sorted out and I was told in detail what was what. We initially travelled further than we would of liked for the spec car we purchased and so glad we did. Thanks guys.o

Great friendly service. Dealt with Danny who was fantastic getting everything laid out for me when buying a car. Explained the process in detail without pressure. The car itself is fantastic. Great aftercare service to. I would certainly recommend this firm (and have already done so). Especially if you have had bad experiences in buying second hand before. These guys are the real deal.

Friendly and helpful over moon with my new car
