Excellent customer service
I've used Motorworks a good few times before. They're prices are decent and the range very good. However having had an issue with a bikes charging system i can now say their customer service is EXCELLENT. Lots of useful and prompt advice and suggestions from their staff and ultimately a quick exchange on a faulty part.

Onions
I've used Motorworks for a number of years now, their service has always been excellent. My bike is a bit of a mismatch of parts, when it came to replacing the fork springs, Tez and the team went above and beyond to identify the "pedigree" of my bike and suitable parts, guiding me to a well informed decision. The new parts were spot on. Even with the marvels of today's information technology, you still can't beat talking to somebody who know their onions!
