Trem and Simon D let us know when they were coming and arrived exactly when they said they would. Straight onto the job, and the tub was on the truck 30 minutes later! No fuss, no drama, just good graft by 2 blokes who knew what they were doing.👍
Even the steps were taken in their stride with no drama. Delivery was far more straightforward and accomplished in around 15 minutes.

I want to make others aware of my experience with this company so they know what to expect. When my hot tub was moved, only two men were sent, even though more men had moved it previously with no damage at all. One of the men became injured during the move, and after that he refused to move the tub properly. Because of this, the job wasn’t completed safely and it caused significant damage to my hot tub.

I later discovered damage on the other side of the tub when the wrap was removed on 29th August. The men never mentioned this, even though it is clearly visible in the photos. I reported it immediately.

The company told me they would send replacement panels, but I still haven’t received anything. I was originally told the panels were £70 each, and now they are claiming they are £25, which is unrealistic and not consistent with what their own staff said.

My advice to anyone using this company is to request their insurance details before any work is carried out, and make sure everything is documented. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them.

Simon C & Aaron where very friendly and efficient. Helping me decide which way round to have hot tub and moving into the perfect position. Always asking if I was happy, even explained about setting it up. All unloaded in place well within the hour.

Really straightforward process and the guys were great.
I’ve lost a hottub in a house move before with another company that failed to get the tub out of the property. I’m pleased to say there was not similar issues because they did their homework properly

Scott and Simon did an excellent job of moving the spa despite the challenging circumstances! The spa was connected, cleaned and prepared with chemicals and they were both friendly and knowledgeable- thanks for the service!

Could not reccomend more highly. I was a very nervous customer initially with lots of questions as our access is extremely tight and over high levels. A very expensive crane was the backup however.....from my initial query which was answered by Charlene quickly, friendly and professionally, my mind was put to ease. They even accommodated an earlier move when my hot tub arrived early.

On the move day itself Simon D and Trem were friendly, knowledgeable and highly efficient, making light work of the move and lift.

We live on the South so Move your spa truly do offer national coverage.

Great support from the enquiry through to collection and move. The office team were always advising and ensuring the contract was understood. The collection team from arrival to departure were very cheerful and very professional in bothe manner and knowledge.

2 great lads who moved my hot tub with ease through a garden and tight side passage way. No damage with great service.

In advance of the transfer of our hot tub from Milton Keynes to Banbury Charlene and Bonnie stayed in touch to guide us through the logistics/ date/time/ what we needed to do. On the day, Simon and Scott arrived as expected. We were amazed at how quickly our tub was moved from it's original location to the low loader and again, how quickly it was in situ in it's new location in our kids garden. On one of the hottest days we really felt for Simon and Scott, but they were brilliant and just got on with it.

Needed a large hot tub moved from Manchester to London. Made enquiries to 2 large companies and still haven’t even had a reply. I phoned Move Your Spa on a Saturday morning and was greeted by the lovely Bonnie. Within 30 minutes I knew everything I needed to know about the process, I had an exact price and everything was booked for a date I chose. Perfect. I had updates from Bonnie and Charlene and they were so helpful with any questions I thought of.
Tub was delivered by Lee and Trem. They were so professional and again answered all my questions. I am so glad I found Move Your Spa. They provide a first class service with clear pricing and the staff are all brilliant.

Lee and Simon came, dealt with everything quickly and professionally, and removed the hot tub using a hiab. We would definitely recommend them!
