Ordered 2 small items. On web site reduced to clear. Ordered and paid on 5th March.
On the 16th of March still no news.
Very poor customer service. Problem very quickly sorted once I had posted a negative review.

Nearly Three Weeks for a 2–3 Day Delivery

We recently ordered a slab on 27 February, with a quoted delivery time of 2–3 days. In reality, the item was not delivered until nearly three weeks later.

Prior to ordering, we contacted the company to ask about availability and were advised that only one item remained in stock, so it is unclear why there was such a significant delay in dispatch.

We had to send multiple follow-up emails and were unable to get through by phone, and communication throughout the process was limited. Updates were only received after chasing.

The delay impacted our ability to complete an ongoing customer job, which was frustrating given the high delivery charge of £86.

The item did eventually arrive, and we appreciate the final delivery, however clearer communication and more accurate delivery expectations would have made a significant difference to the overall experience.

I asked for an update on delivery for…

I asked for an update on delivery for an order placed on the 11th March and you told me it had been delvered 27th Feb. When I queried this and asked you to check, you doubled down on the 27th Feb. Very poor communication!!!

Awful experience.

Awful experience.

I ordered some items and the company called the following day to say they could not fulfil the order, but that they might be able to source the items from another branch. I was told they would call me back the same day with an update, but I never heard from them.

After five days I had to contact them myself to find out what was going on. I was again told someone would call me back, but that never happened. I ended up having to chase them three more times.

In the end I asked for a refund and will be purchasing the items elsewhere. Very poor communication and disappointing service. I will not be using them again.

Great price but 2 of the tubs' lids had…

Great price but 2 of the tubs' lids had popped open in transit. No major spills though.

Never use them again

Never use them again.
Ordered 5 door handle pairs,paid for next day delivery, Never got delivered, I asked them to post the door handles but refund the next day delivery fee as the delivery never took place on the next day Bacis.

Got and email saying a refund has been issued.

Still no door handles received.
God knows what they've done.

Poor service. Stay away

we did not have stock of this Clearance item which is why the order was not shipped, so this order had to be cancelled and refunded,
This order was Refunded for yourself and it was advised that we are unable to fulfil this order,

First steel bath rejected as damaged it…

First steel bath rejected as damaged it had no protective packaging. Today second Bath delivered but without feet!!!
This has caused difficulties as plumber cannot continue fitting. Urgent further delivery now required

Poor service and expensive product

The delivery driver did not call upon delivery. they dropped it off at a location that took us 3 days to find. The delivery company (Yodel) were as useful as a chocolate teapot.

Eventually the delivery company after 4 days said they are sorry to hear we could not find it and we are to contact the company who sold them to us.

The actual item when found was not the qty we were after. We purchased 2 x The RapidRail Slide Nut M10 50pk is part of our vast Nuts range.
and instread of receiving 100 there were literally only two, which cost £19.03 each.
