do not ever order jewelry from this place. The jewelry is bullshit any reviews you see are fake and made up. I paid $430 for an engagement set which was supposed to be a lab-grown emerald Platinum ring platinum plated.. I got a chunk of plastic from China I went and had the ring estimated and the values $3. tried to get a refund but oh according to their policy you can't refund it after 30 days. tried to be nice about it and they want to complete asses. there is no fine jewelry there is nothing but trash

Recently I received the Diamond Open bangle bracelet and the Mobius Strip Necklace Pendant in gold. When my order arrived, both pieces were beautifully packaged, and I was genuinely amazed at the quality which exceeded my expectations. The stones were exceptionally clear, and the craftsmanship was outstanding. This was not my first experience with them.
About 2 years ago. My birthday was approaching, and I wanted to treat myself to a piece of jewelry that would not only commemorate the occasion but also be suitable for everyday wear.
I ordered the 2 CT Petite Emerald-Cut Lab-Grown Ruby and the Prong-Set Ruby and White Sapphire Eternity Band. Both pieces were beautifully packaged as well. I especially loved the Tiffany blue boxes, even though I understand the packaging has recently changed.
I’ve been wearing the eternity band as well as the other pieces regularly, and each piece has held up beautifully. The stones remain intact, the shine is still vibrant. Customer service has been excellent, responsive, helpful, and professional. Shipping was quick, and any questions I had were answered promptly.
I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for quality jewelry and exceptional service.

I got a cursive silver nameplate and silver snake ring last time and I were both daily. I've experienced no problems with the composition of either, and no problems with oxidizing, broken clasps, or broken chains. I haven't taken off the nameplate necklace since I received it two years ago. The shipping was fast, the packaging was very nice, and the customer service was very polite as well.

I was so impressed with the jewellery! I ordered a ring and necklace, which are really nice quality and made so well, and so so sparkly. The ring especially is so comfy to wear. It was delivered in the most beautiful packaging and boxes, I would definitely order again as a gift for somebody. I would recommend especially if you’re a girl like me who loves good quality pieces for your collection.

I had a terrible experience with my second and final purchase with MSblue. I ordered a silver ring with lab diamond and lab emeralds but I received a silver ring with rose gold plating. And when I checked the stones out with a reputable jeweler, the lab diamonds came up as moissanite. When I contacted them they ghosted me. This company is in China and will do nothing to make things right. BUYERS BEWARE!!

Both my wedding band and engagement back up ring are beautiful. I love them and for the price the quality is awesome. I dont take off my rings and have had one of them for almost 2 years and they look just like it did when I first received them. I would definitely order again and again.

Nice looking ring , but the coating does not last and scratches very easily. And just for them to do it right and fix it is too extensive of a process, also they want to charge you which should be their mistake in quality control.
