Extremely easy to order and fast delivery. Was reading some of the negative reviews people had left before I recieved my order came. Very relieved that they were false. Well in my case anyway. Disks and pads work great and look amazing. Perfect fit and great performance. Stopping was shorter by far! And the price doesn't hurt your bank account.

Great customer service, text updates from a real person at every stage. Great products that are good quality. Would definitely use again.

Shocking. Parts sent out rusty and faulty, customer service was atrocious and staff rude. Would not recommend.

Solutions offered were not solutions. Expecting car to be off the road for days waiting for replacement parts, then wouldn't accept them back once fitted.
Avoid at all costs.

I'd missed a bit on the order form - the team at Mtec contacted me almost straight away, added the details needed and had the order shipped out the next day.

I haven't fitted the parts yet but they look to be of good quality, and good finish - a few friends have used them to great success on their own cars.

So far all looks good and I would be very surprised if I don't use them again!

Ordered discs front and rear for Mercedes S class, customer service was very good and ordering process as easy as possible, delivered in a matter of days and installed yesterday .
They are making a grating noise but hopefully that's just the coating wearing away it advises 10 miles or so done about 60 miles but not much braking involved .

You pick your make and model from the drop down menu to ensure you get the right discs and brakes for your car. Payment is easy, once you’ve ordered your brakes and pads you receive a message from one of the team members to confirm your number plate and make sure they fit your vehicle which I think is excellent service. They’re shipped straight away and I received mine with 5 days of ordering (due to the stupid delivery man not knocking on my door) it should’ve been with me in 2 days however I had to wait over the weekend which isn’t MTEC’s fault. All round great experience and will be ordering again from here, however, I’ve not actually fitted these to my car yet.

Quality and service. Most important, being able to speak to a real person. For at least 10 years, I've used your brake discs and pads and as long as any car I drive, I will continue to use your company.

This is my third set of discs from MTEC, and once again the service has been excellent. The discs were very competitively priced and arrived just three days after placing the order.

Sent out the wrong brake pads when advertised as fitting my vehicle on the website and me explicitly stating in the order "Just to check that everything fits a 1997 MK3 Golf VR6"
On arrival, I contacted the company - there was no offer of a replacement that would fit the vehicle - simply post them back and we will reimburse you.

Very poor experience dealing with this company
I’d avoid them at all costs.
They will take your money and they don’t care if you receive your goods or not.
Seriously callous attitude that really doesn’t care about customer experience.
They are probably the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
They will lie and cheat you at every opportunity.
Their customer support is probably the worst that I’ve ever experienced.
Do not deal with them.
