Mtrrecycle Reviews

So simple and easy to do. kept me updated regularly through email, payment received by bank transfer within 2 days. Will definitely use again.

Easy to use, was sent label to send tablet, they received next day and I was sent payment next day.

Easy once a samsung person help me to do it Online!

As always, Samsung Recycle step up to the plate and offer good prices and payout quickly with no fuss. I've used SR for many years and have always had first class service from them. I would never go anywhere else.

A fast & efficient trade in process - plus a great offer price.
A so much better experience & price than with an alternative purchaser of such items.
I'd highly recommend using Samsung Recycle.

Very easy process to send off tablet, and within 2 days I received my payment as promised. Would definitely recommend.

It was very easy to recycle my Samsung device. They send you a label with Free post and you wrap up the device and post it off to Samsung. They then wipe the data from your device if, like me, your device simply died! Recycling old tech is a good reason to buy Samsung devices.

Quick straight forward service. Only issue encountered was first packaging parcel wasn't received but quick reply via email sorted this and it was with me within two days. Money transfer was processed same day as phone was in receipt. Would recommend.

Easy to send tablet.
Instructions good as is the returns package. Price good money received same day as package received.
Excellent service would use again

Very happy with the service overall. Easy to use the website and quick service

Very easy to deal with and prompt payment. Good price offer

It was so easy to use .
Everything went great and I got rid of two of my phones for recycling.

We have been using Samsung Recycle for years - always a very positive experience. Swift turnaround time, fair valuation and competitive price paid.

The service was fast and efficient. The speed of turn around from placing order to receiving shipping details to payout was less than 7 days, faster than I ever expected.

Also got a fair price for 2 tablets that others weren't interested in, will use again when I upgrade my phone.

Took a while for the postage pack to arrive which meant my original offer expired. I felt that was harsh because it wasn’t our fault. However once posted the items were received, processed and paid out quickly and without quibbling on the price offered which is what other sites do.

Quick and easy process. The postal pack they sent never arrived and a replacement was sent. The phone was then quickly assessed when it was delivered and the money transferred into my account the same day. Great experience.

Brilliant, very easy process. Received the exact amount I was quoted. Phone posted on Saturday, money in my account on Tuesday.

Recycled two old phones, very easy to do. Would have been 5 stars but I never received the first returns packet and so by the time they sent the second the offer had expired!
They did still pay me the quoted amount which I appreciate.
Fair price for old phones I'd have just binned otherwise.
