The booking process was quite straight forward, before I dare give a higher rating I'll wait and see how you respond if ever I have to make a claim.
Almost all insurance companies promise consumers the moon and the stars until a claim goes in, then they think of everything under the sun to deny the claim, so I'll see how we go but so far so good.

Simple and straightforward browse and purchase of travel insurance. I would highly recommend it. Most competitive rate in the market. I even purchased additional travel cancellation cover because the rate was so affordable. Insurance that gives you more peace of mind.

I will use a more customer friendly company
I always bought my insurance via multi trip in case I needed it. I did need it in October 2024 when I had a trip planned and my brother in law suddenly died. They wanted GP letters and death certs that I wasn’t able to get. The frequency I buy insurance from this company together with the relatively small cost of the cover should have been enough for a refund, considering notification was 2 days pre-trip so I could not have been taking advantage of the cover.
