ONE star due to poor communication.
I have had to come here in order to try to illicit a response to my email regarding auto renewal of two policies that I didn’t want to take out. I have found it impossible to get their telephone system to accept one of the options required (option 3 for customer service) on 0333 355 6181. I have tried two different phones over numerous days. I have emailed them - no response yet. Please could you get in touch to solve this issue, thank you.

We did try to call you recently, but it seems you were unable to continue with the call. We’ve also sent you an email so we can help resolve this as quickly as possible.
Just to reassure you, we can cancel both policies and issue a full refund for you. We only need a quick confirmation that there are no pending or outstanding claims on either policy. Once we have that, we’ll process everything straight away.
