If you do want to return goods bear in mind goods have to be returned to an address in China, which is costly. If you do not pay the duty your end, Alba Muse will not pay the duty therefore your retuned item(s) will not clear customs and you will not get a refund. Goods may be returned to you depending on the service used.

Wanted to return two items I purchased as absolutely wrong size and terrible quality.
Emails keep pinging back to me and no response whatsoever.
Do not buy from.
Customer service non existant.

I Ordered a dress, came pretty quickly, very poor quality and too small.
I have emailed numerous times, they keep bouncing back, and no response. I have now sent item back, have emailed on another email address numerous times and yet again they bounce back, absolutely shocking company needs closing down if all these complaints are anything to go by.

Ordered my dress on 31st May, given delivery of 6 to 8 days, received an e-mail on the 11th June checking to see if my dress had arrived, replied no and requested they chase up the delivery, when I tracked my order it was on route from China it is now 14th June and I've still not heard anything regarding my order!!!
I am hoping when I receive my order it will be worth the wait and the quality will be better than the reviews I've been reading.

Eventually received my order 17th June.
Nice quality and well made.
Unfortunately sizing was an issue, ordered an XL equivalent to UK size 18 to 20 (I am a size 16 but ordered next size up just in case) have measured the dress and it is definitely not an XL, would class it as a Medium to Large.
Shall not be returning due to costs involved, will be donating to charity.

What a shocking,scamming company this is. Like the other reviewers, I received a poor quality, unwearable
shiny nylon cheap dress and have been unable to return it unless I go through the difficult process of returning the item to China - no thanks ! Am getting Barclaycard to sort out a chargeback dispute to try and get my money back. Others should do the same ,

Absolutely appalling quality, fit and style, flamable material, stitching all over the place and no way of sending it back. They told me their London warehouse was closed and I had to send it back to China. Obviously never got my money back, so lost £60.00 KNOWN AS 'ALBA MUSE'

Terrible service and shocking product when it finally arrived. Ordered the jumpsuit in wine which has a bright red zip. Sizing is way out as I ordered a size up and still couldn't get into it. Far too short. Fabric is cheap and the quality is terrible. Impossible to contact the company as all emails are returned as undeliverable. Do not order from this company as other reviews also state.

Order was delivered , but nothing like the item described , was very poor quality. I have asked for refund no response , what so ever, impossible to contact them. Definitely scam company don’t use ever !

Avoid any shops with Muse (Alba, Marble etc). Check the adress they ussualy add 2 addresses to mask their scam operation. The items they offer are similar with the ones you would buy from Temu and nothing like the picture. They will block you after pretending they will pay you a refund to keep you calm. They state 30 days refund policy but is nothing like that. They are scammers please stay away.

I usually look at reviews. Sometimes you put your trust in the site your buying from.
I ordered 2 trouser suits and it wasn’t so much that they were too small, it was the way they were packaged it was as if they had been scraped off the floor and crammed into a bag, one bag was unsealed. The outer wrapping was ok so it obviously happened on site.

This company is a sham! I bought a coat in October 2024, which eventually arrived, but looked nothing like the online picture. I asked several times for a return address. Only after several emails was this provided. I returned the coat (obtaining proof of delivery in January 2025) and have still not received a refund. I am planning on taking legal action against them. Do not buy from here!

I ordered some tops from this company after the did not arrive i sent an email which took forever for them to reply, when they did reply I was informed that my order had been cancelled as they could not get the stock, and I would get a full refund this has been going on since November 2024 and I still don't have a refund , please please avoid this company at all cost as you will be like me out of pocket and nothing to show for it

As per everyone else on here I so wish I had read trust pilot before I ordered 2 dresses.
What an absolute sham of a company. I've just spent 2 hours on emails this morning trying to get a return address! They offered me a partial refund etc to avoid the carbon footprint??? Eventually after 2 hours I now have the return address in China which I have to pay for and send it tracked.
I'm not hopeful of a refund having read the reviews so will probably end up having to go back to my bank.
Please avoid this company at all costs. I'm sure I will be £70 out of pocket and no dresses as they were awful and very poor
quality. Note to self always read the reviews first!

I ordered from Muse in October … a cardigan for £29.95. Nothing happened, I texted, they said it was on the way. Then after a month they said order was cancelled as item was out of stock and they would refund. They did not of course, and by then I had seen the reviews on Trust Pilot, so I simply contacted my credit card provider. Don’t muck about with these people. They are scammers. If your order does not appear, you must show you have chased them up. Keep all emails and use as proof. Credit card company refunded my money today and Muse will have to pay them + charges.

The item I ordered was cheap tat & didn't look like the image online. When returned no refund was given even after multiple emails to customer services! After offering me partial refunds and to keep the item 90 days had passed for me to be able to raise a dispute with PayPal

Ordered a cardigan, money changed hands the same day 31 October 2023. Got an notification that it was held up in customs. Chased 10 November 2023 David Anderson said they were investigating. on 14th January 2025 David Anderson said that they were unable to fulfil the order and were currently unable to process a refund but promised to process it soon. it is now March and they still haven't refunded. Wish I had read Trust Pilot before ordering.

Told goods were out of stock a few weeks after ordering. Promised a refund which never came. Emails not replied to. Claimed back via by bank who sorted a refund within a day. Now the bank tell me Muse are challenging my payment dispute.

The seller agreed to a refund for the items, I sent them back in November and still 4 months later no refund and cannot be helped via PayPal - stay away!!!!! Fake and untrustworthy

I ordered a jacket in October, 2024, it was eventually delivered but I returned it because the quality and the description of the product did not match the advert on Facebook. I had to pay for the return. I asked for a refund and to date, 23 February, 2025, this still has not been processed. I have been in constant contact with the company by email and have received numerous promises but no refund. I wish I had never heard of this company. Stay away.
