My husband Mel Vonada and myself were very pleased working with our agent Billy Crawford. Billy Crawford deserves a raise as he is so knowledgeable with a sense of humor helping us with our reverse mortgage. Billy helped us every inch of the way explaining in detail what we had to do which made it so much easier. I do not understand as a token of our appreciation why we couldn't send him a Arizona tumbler, cheese, sausage and cracker order or cap it at $250 as Billy went above and beyond helping us obtain our Reverse Mortgage. They should have more people like him as he is so personable, friendly and knowledgeable about the business. He certainly is an asset to your company.

Always there to answer any question we had

I first contacted Mutual of Omaha in 2024 and spoke with Peter Marcus. He was very knowledgeable, professional and took time to answer my questions. At no time did he apply any pressure on me to make a decision or to choose Mutual of Omaha. He advised me to shop around before making any decisions. At all times he reiterated the process, and each step. I always felt secure. I decided to wait.

This year, 2026, I called him and was surprised that he would still be the loan officer should I decide to go forward. Peter has been with me during each step of the process. I never had to speak with other people and go through my story over and over. The only time was when I contacted other HECM providers.

After I made the decision to go forward with Mutual of Omaha, Peter stayed with me all the way through the process. He assured me that he will continue to be my point of contact.
