amazing customer service , love the wheel , a real upgrade to my g923 ! Price is also very good for quality and suede leather feel real beter than plasic feeling from oroginal !

Made an order, 2 days later no response or dispatch email. I joined the chat on the website to ask when my order will be dispatched, no reply so the next day I message again can you cancel my order so I can buy elsewhere please as the customer service is poor, no reply, the next day they have the cheek to email me back asking why the customer service is poor LOL! I explained to them what’s happened and no reply they just cancelled my order. First time using this company and never again. Very rude and poor customer service and goods don’t turn up!

I'd love to rave about the quality, and what a great product this no doubt is, but........

10 weeks after ordering I still have not steering wheel with me, I've had excuses such as Chinese New Year, Brexit, Christmas rush (I ordered in January), but no sign of my steering wheel.

If I dare to email to chase up the standard response is basically, to paraphrase, "if you don't like it, cancel the order". Basically they can sell all they make & cistomer care does not matter on iota to them

My cousin ordered a wheel for me as a present in January. On the webpage said that it would be ready in about 3 weeks because of the amount of orders. I didnt have a problem waiting. But after 3 weeks my order was not shipped yet. I was annoyed and disappointed. So I started sending emails to their support team, expressing my disappointment. However they replied to me every single time. They were polite and trying to explain why it took so long to ship. I kept pushing them as we were at 30 days and my wheel was not shipped yet. They remained polite, even when I was nearly rude to them. They even called me on my phone, the manager of the greek department himself, to explain to me what the problem was and that made me trust them even more. They don't treat us like unknown customers, but as fellow gamers. In conclusion the customer support gets 5 stars from me.
Regarding the product. I love it. One small problem is that the suede leather leaves color on my hands, but this of course is something that happens with suede leather. Apart from this, it's perfect. Now I am planning to buy the Telemetry screen.
Trust MVH Studios, you will not regret it.

Excellent wheel, spent a year humming and hawing at would it be worth it and 100% was. Excellent and easy to install. Video tutorials are great. I moved house after it was shipped and Kostos was extremely helpful with making sure I got my package

Ordered the GT series Wheel, order placed and not yet received its during the final stages dispatched from the printing farms, however the communication from Mark and The team as been great. Looking forward to it arriving and will update review on the product once its arrived.

Great service and a big well done to the support team. Yeah it took a little bit longer to receive my wheel, but every time I wrote to their support email they replied to me kindly, even though I was a bit impatient some times. For a hand made product with that high demand I can't compain. And those guys complaining about the delay, believe me when you receive the wheel you will forget all the bad feelings you had. It's a great mod for my G29 and I wish I had ordered a skin with it as well. Good job Mark and your team, I want to see what you will produce next.

Edit: I spent some time to read all the reviews here. I really wanted to see what those negative ratings were talking about. All of them gave a bad rating for the delays. However this is mentioned in the webpage and you all knew it was going to take some time. Do you know how much time you have to wait for a Fanatec mod? And Fanatec is the leader on this market. And you will pay triple.
Some have a 1 star rating because they THOUGHT it was a scam, they were double charged because of a malware in their computer and they blamed MVH for that. Even though Mark did refund them. Well man, GET AN ANTI-VIRUS.
So if anyone is thinking whether to use this service or not please read the negative comments first, and you will see that there is no serious reason not to trust Mark. They all got their money back, and the only thing they lost is time and maybe some of the excitement to receive what they ordered, And I tend to believe, in some cases, maybe, they received their mod after they got refunded.
This website here is called TRUSTpilot, not BADFEELINGSpilot. And when he returns your money back he is trustworthy. Be fair when you rate here, don't rate someone because you are angry.

I would like to give a better review and will definitely update regarding the product if it's ever received.

Our order was placed on 12/25/21 and didn't receive any updates until 1/5/22. It started printing and picking on 1/9/22 and then nothing until 1/26/22 when I got the ready email.

On 2/1/22 I received an email saying it shipped. It's 2/9/22 and it seems that package still hadn't even begun the process of making its way to us.

I'm really disappointed at how long this is taking, ESPECIALLY considering that we had to pay $25 for shipping. We're coming up on 2 months of waiting for this 1 item.

This wheel has elevated my sim racing enjoyment to the next level. Definitely worth spending the money. It doesn't help me go any faster (unfortunately) but it looks great and feels fantastic too. Great work by MVH studios to create an affordable wheel to bring you closer to F1 racing.

Absolutely stunning... delivery took abit longer then expected but that was down to covid, the border, and Xmas.
Good contact and mark kept me informed of progress..

I am extremely happy with the service mvh studios gave. The shipping time was a bit hit and miss but with everything going on I the world at the moment they still managed to get my item to me before Christmas. Communication was great answered all my questions in great time . Item looks perfect my son is going to be very happy . Thank you 😊

Absolutely amazing communication, unfortunately the item got stuck in customs, which isn't the companys fault so took a long time, but got here eventually, it is very well made, and hopefully my son will be happy, will definitely recommend.

I ordered an F1 wheel with the suede grips and the variable pitche spring from MVH studios, and I have had a fantastic experience. First of all, due to the nature of the business, you should go in with the understanding this product is built to order by a small business and this take a while to get to you - not ridiculous though. It was well worth the wait. High quality product, Mark is an absolute pleasure to deal with and honestly nothing out there compares at this price point!

I really would like to rate this product but alas I am not able to do so. I placed an order on the 14th May and had an update that it has been dispatched on the 1st June. As I hadn’t received the shipment I emailed MVH Studio’s on the 5th July, which they replied to the same day. I had paid for World TNT Tracked delivery service. I have never been contacted by the delivery provider to accept delivery or even to say that they an attempted delivery was ever made. I understand the delivery provider has unilaterally decided to return the package to MVH. I emailed MVH again on the 7th July for an update on my order to which I haven’t received a response. I then send a further email on the 19th July which I also haven’t received a response to as yet. I was so looking forward to receiving and using this item but sadly looks like I will never receive the item and also be £116 out of pocket for the experience. 😕😡

Very happy with my Aston Martin f1 wheel. It's very good quality and more comfortable to drive f1 2020 with.
