Great company. Only a 4 star cause there is always room for improvement. Haven't received my order yet, but I'm excited for it. Two thoughts though: 1) an expansion on available rim types would be nice and 2) more options for the g920 rims. Seemed like certain ones, such as, the car brand and racer specific ones were only compatible with the g29 or g923.

Honestly don’t know where to start. I bought my Logitech G923 back in August, didn’t have it long before I got the F1 styled add on. I got the redbull max verstappen one. It was so easy to change, especially as they provide a video on their website on how to. Now I’ve ordered magnetic shifters and cannot wait. I also took apart the pedals to swap the brake and clutch around for easier left foot braking. Love my simulator now and the quality of these wheels are unreal. Please don’t hesitate to buy you will not regret it!

MVH Studios Quest 2 pro head-mount is incredible - once you get it adjusted for your head it is insanely comfortable and supporting, really can't recommend it highly enough

This is the 1st time I've ordered from this company. The day after I placed my order I was contacted by my bank about suspicious activity surrounding an online purchase. For some reason I was double charged for the order that I placed with MHS Studios. One charge was out of the United Kingdom which is where they are located but the other charge was out of California U.S.A. This created a lot of confusion for me & I had urgent questions that needed immediate attention. Unfortunately this is not possible with MVH Studios as the only way to communicate with them is through email which results in you waiting to hear back from them which can take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours. Not exactly emergency efficient or oriented. For a simple online order it was a stressfully strange experience but 2 emails later they responded with an immediate refund of my order. So their 1 saving Grace was refunding my order but other than that it was a waste of time. Their website could be much more efficient especially selling the in high demand kind of products that they sell. In my opinion they have fallen behind on customer orders & it seems to get worse with each passing day. This is either due to being poorly or under staffed or being under run & managed. Actually it is probably a combination of the two. So this being the case in my opinion it is impossible for MVH Studios to give great customer service because they are spread too thin. So having said that I am not a gambling man. At all but basically what happened was this company had a product (The Pro Mount Head Strap for Oculus Quest 2)that I could not find anywhere & I really wanted it (I Actually ordered 3 of them) so I gambled by placing an order with a company that I had never ordered from before & that was located in a foreign country & I almost got burned for it because there were problems,at least for me,right from the get go. Fortunately me & my wallet eventually came away unscathed from the process as the company did refund me back the cost of my order. But what if they hadn't refunded me my money....what would I have been able to do about it? Who would I complain too? I mean I placed a cash up front order with an unknown company located in a foreign country. If they had burned me what was I gonna do? Who was I gonna call?The Better Business Bureau? The U.S. Embassy? Batman? Yes, hello is this the US embassy.....the U.S. Embassy located in the U.K.? Okay great I'd like to file a complaint. Yep that's right.....uh-huh.....right.....yes exactly...I placed an online order & they just took my money & that was it.....they never shipped my order or anything it's B.S.! Now I demand justice! What? NO! Why would you......You know what this is outrageous! I wanna talk to your supervisor! Why?! Because you're obviously not taking me very seriously that's why & since this is clearly an international matter I demand to speak with Mr. Embassy!!! Exactly.....they'd just tell me to kick rocks.....and I'd have to do exactly that, while being all mad at myself for being such a dummie for placing the order in the 1st place......So really who you gonna call? Ghostbusters?! I don't think so. Besides what are they now?Guys?Girls?Trannies? I do know who I'm not gonna call....MVH Studios that's for sure,because I can't, remember? It's 2021 & they can only be contacted for support via email. So who else? Harry Potter? Mary Poppins? Pippy Long Stocking?! I don't have their phone numbers either. So as you can see they could have easily screwed me out of my money on that order and its obvious that I would have been powerless to do anything about it. But thankfully MVH Studios Did NOT screw me over and I did end up getting my money back and for that I give them 2 stars. I say if you can't afford to lose your money don't place an order. Now I'm not saying you'll lose your $ but you might lose your patience. Just remember never gamble more than you can afford to lose...in anything in life.

Mark is great to work with. Helped me out when the full quest 2 kit wasn't available and now I was able to order the whole thing. Highly recommend!

Amazing service, mark responded very quick to emails and the products are very high quality. I'm still waiting for a logitech g923 f1 wheel mod but im sure that will be just as great as the magnetic paddle shifter mod that i have already bought.

I bought a replacement headband for my Oculus Quest 2. The product is excellent and performs well. Easy to follow instructional video on their website. I would highly recommend this.

More comfortable than the stock strap. Nice design. But what I think wasn't explained properly was that you have to remove the facial interface to wear this strap.

I bought a replacement headset for my Oculus Quest 2. I contacted MVH Studios beforehand to see, once the headsets were back in stock, whether they could ship to France. I received a friendly reply very quickly confirming they could send it abroad. I placed my order shortly afterwards, and the headset was shipped and arrived a few days later.

Unfortunately there was a small piece of the headset that was damaged (part of the battery holder), so I reached out again to MVH Studios that same evening and within an hour I had a reply from Mark to say that he would ship me a replacement part the next day free of charge. True to his word, the replacement arrived by courier.

I don't like to judge a company by whether their product breaks because that can happen for various reasons. Instead, I prefer to judge them based on how they react. MVH Studios exceeded my expectations. It would have been easy for them to say it was damaged in transit or I had mishandled the headset. Instead, they resolved the issue quickly and at no expense to me. I wish more companies paid as much attention to customer service.

In terms of the product itself, I'm extremely satisfied. The stock strap provided by Oculus / Facebook is incredibly basic and doesn't hold the headset in position. The MVH headset is so much more comfortable to wear, even for long periods of time. It also extends the time you can use the headset by allowing you to use a portable powerbank. This makes gaming sessions last longer and works as a counterbalance against the weight of the Quest 2.

If you've got an Oculus Quest 2 then don't spend the ridiculous amount of money that Facebook charge for the Elite strap, and instead buy the MVH Studio headset. You really won't regret it!

Great little company. I bought a magnetic paddle shift mod. This is a 3D printed item and it arrived looking and feeling sturdy. Finished off nicely (sometimes 3D printed items can be a little rough with sharp edges) but this had been finished off nicely. Delivered on time and packaged well with a very nice little individually packaged business card inside which to me shows pride in the product.

One last thing. This company has gone above and beyond to provide videos which are very detailed and easy to follow on fitting all of the products. I’m on a waiting list for F1 wheel mod. Can’t wait. Thankyou
