Last year I purchased eco-friendly shopping bags also. Another company had the same product for $1 less each bag and $15 less for the art set up charge this year. The customer service person wouldn't even ask a supervisor to match the cost. I was simply told no. I bought my eco-friendly bags from the other company. Same great product, better price.

I had a conference and had ordered with another company only to find out that my custom holders were the wrong ones. Thinking it was too late, I desperately called MyBadges and they were super cooperative and understanding. I ended up getting my holders (rush production) a day before my event, good quality, good packaging and with a packing slip signed by the shipper to ensure the correct products were sent to me. Thank you MyBadges for saving the day and being super easy to work with, affordable, and my heroes!!

Excellent customer service. I was first in contact with Ashley via their FB page, she is very responsive and helpful. My co-worker and I made several phone calls to their representatives to finalize the order, all were very helpful. Everything delivered as expected

It was my first time ordering from mybadges.com and overall, we had a great experience. Staff was friendly and quick reply to emails and questions. The products were received quite fast despite being a holiday.
