A super mini massaging gun, very powerful, would highly recommend

DON’T buy Mybodyfit massage gun!Ive had issues with it not charging. When it works it’s ok. I’ve sent emails asking for a new charger but no response. I asked for a refund and still I haven’t had an email from them! It seems once they have your money they aren’t interested whatsoever! Absolutely dire customer service! Worst ever! Please do yourself a favour and keep well away from these clowns!

Quick and easy order and arrival.
Does what it says with 4 different attachments, my only issue would be it’s a bit bulky to use on back etc if you have no one to do it for you!!

Do not buy the skin safe shaver!!! It doesn’t even cut your hair it pulls it! After being on a full charge it feels like there is more power in a 80 year old mobility scooter!!
Emailed for a refund and been ignored!

Delivery took slightly longer than anticipated however that is no doubt down to royal mail ,however the lack of being able to track the item although it said you could was disappointing.that being said looking forward to using the massage gun.

Great item second one I bought.

I placed an order for a massage gun on the 8th January for a birthday gift as I had seen some very good reviews for their product. I never received the order, nor did I receive any dispatch information. So nearly 2 weeks later, I requested a refund, to which nobody responded to my email.
I had to escalate the issue with PayPal to try to get a refund. Since then, I had a rather rude email from a member of the team who simply asked where I lived. No offer to help resolve the matter or an apology.
And I'm still waiting for a refund.

Disappointing customer service.

Don’t buy scammers and ordered and paid and after 3 weeks no tracking number on delivery updates

Definitely a scam!!! Shocking customer service. You pay & hear nothing at all! No idea if my order has been shipped because that doesn't update. No number to call or the one that's available doesn't work. Emailed twice with no reply so going to raise it with the bank.

The number provided on the website is some random guy on WhatsApp who says it's been posted but suddenly messages don't go through after say it is sent royal mail 24.

Still not received the item that I have paid already

Haven’t recived my product ordered in November and have emailed 3 times no reply also tried the contact number doesn’t work

No delivery no reply to my emails you are a scam my product has never turned up I’m reporting you to my bank for fraud you have stole my money

I ordered the massage gun and it came broken so I emailed the company and still have no answer

Still not received from ordering 1 week ago so I can’t evaluate. Not sure sure why trustpilot would email for a review as yet unless they presume I’ve received my order.

I have emailed a few times now to arrange a return and have had no response therefore left with somthing that I don't want as parts missing and still had to pay full price for this

My first time ordering from yous was terrible didn’t even receive the shaver that was advertised not happy at all with my order. Can this be put right ?
