I would love to leave a review on this product, but 10 days after purchase… still no product

Just one lie another with company.

The product was to be shipped last Tuesday.

Then it was meant to be shipped last Friday. (Date supplied the tracking number by Chloe)

Here we are nearly 2 weeks after purchasing and the product still hasn’t been shipped.

Stay well clear of this company.

My order hasn’t even arrived yet. It was supposed to arrive two days ago. I’m pretty disappointed with this.

Tried to cancel my order as the discount code I applied didn't process and I also found a better deal elsewhere.

Dealt with Chloe who, rather than cancel the order, simply asked what discount code I had tried to use. Sent a further 2 messages asking for confirmation the order had been cancelled before getting an email notifying me that it had been sent 3 days later, followed immediately by another email from Chloe saying it was too late to cancel.

Product showed up and doesn't even appear to be brand new as there's next to no packaging and the packaging that is here had already been opened. Con artists.

Very poor service. Tried to email the company on the address listed on the website but no response. Ordered the item on the 10/02/2022 and still not received. Suspect this to be a scam.

Used this product with me and the wife it's fantastic I definitely recommend.

Havnt gone swimming yet with it but so far so good

Love it great buy

Have used this three times having pulled a muscle in the thigh. Pain is gradually easing with the help from the massager

ordered new gun arrived quickly.this is 2nd gun the first one became faulty after 2 years and no customer service replies to obtain new circuit board to repair gun

Failed to charge 🤔 have asked customer service Chloe not helpful at all waiting to hear back about replacement 😒

The massager was delivered in quick time. Very good equipment. Will use this company again

The battery wouldn’t charge as the light wouldn’t come on so the machine won’t charge

I received my item and it was a used item. I contacted customer service and told them and asked to send pictures. I sent pictures over and have heard nothing since, absolutely disgusting, a used item for the body and then to be ignored.
Would never recommend this company

Brilliant came the next day of ordering god sent for aching muscles and perfect for recovering highly recommended product!! A* service

This has been the Best Buy in a long time, I get aches and pains and since I have had My Body fit it has improved my sleep 😊
