Cheaper than quoted price & friendly staff

I was a walk in with a tyre issue that MyCar Armidale fixed within an hour, despite being pretty busy.

The guys at mycar Armidale are knowledgeable and dependable not to mention their great customer service.

Dear MyCar Team,

I would like to make a complaint regarding the service I have received over the past four weeks.

During the first week, no action was taken on my car because two spare parts needed to be ordered from Toyota. After waiting a week, the parts arrived, but when they were installed, it turned out that the wrong parts had been ordered. Despite this, I was already charged for the installation even though the correct parts had not been fitted.

In the third week, I returned again, but they had ordered the wrong parts once more. They also charged me for another repair that was supposed to be done after replacing the parts — however, since the correct parts were still not installed, that repair could not actually be completed.

I feel that I have been charged unfairly for work that has not yet been properly done, and I have spent four weeks repeatedly coming back without resolution

Service is amazing and prices seem fair. They give you options, quotes and rough time of future concerns for repair and upgrades without locking/trapping you in before you drive home like other services I've dealt with. Must do repairs seem to be capable that day in most cases.

Staff we’re friendly and efficient

Wonderful, helpful, understanding, and hardworking team. I am a fairly disorganised University lecturer with three teenagers and three vehicles, it takes a lot of organising to juggle all requirements including safety checks and tyres.
I found products have always performed above stated claims, at an affordable price. Repairs, warranty, and scheduled rotation are a great feature, also.
Special mention to the Armidale NSW team Nick, Jack, Jaylon, and Jess.

Jack was very friendly and efficient in getting my flat battery replaced. Excellent service Jack.

The staff were wonderful! The work was done promptly even though they had to get a part in!!

I'm very happy with the service I received. My car needed a rego check, wheel balance and service. The guys were quick and kept me updated throughout the time they had my car. They were aware I'd come from Tenterfield and had a 2 hour drive home and got the car ready forme quickly. Great job. I definitely recommend mycar Armidale.

Dropped my Renault into the guys at MyCar in pretty bad shape. Car was in the shop for a bit of time (no fault of their own— bloody Renaults and their parts), very understanding and great communication.

I Swear my car drives better than when I bought it!!
