Overcharged for logbook service due to system glitch
I had purchased fixed priced logbook servicing. When I attended Bankstown MyCar I was told that I had to pay extra for filters as these were not included in the service although it was mentioned on the website that they were included. I questioned that but the service person was very vehement and explained that I didn’t select filters when I made the booking as they weren’t included in the system “showing red“. It sounded odd and I contacted customer care after my service who confirmed that it was a system glitch and I was overcharged $113. They refunded my money in the same week and told it was a system glitch which might have also impacted other customers.

Fantastic service from the team
Fantastic service from the team. My car was making a lot of noise prior to service and there is none after that. The team knows exactly what is the problem and the price charged is reasonable and quick as well. I will definitely go back to mycar in the future. Thank yiym
