Great deal on the Kumho AT52 tyres and a fitting booking that fit my schedule.

My car was booked in at 12. I was asked when I dropped off when I needed car back. Said as SOON as ready. Then I went back in and said latest in case something delays you is 3pm as have to pick kids up. They said oh no we will be done well b4 that. I rang at 1.45 to see if ready and was told they just started it? Why do you ask for a booking time if you are not able to take at that time? Car was then ready at 2.15. So only took 1/2 hr to do job.?? Could have organised my day better if knew they couldn't to till later or was told when dropped off it would take that long.

The staff were polite and efficient and told me what they had done and did a couple of extras that I had asked for without a problem. More than satisfied

Great service
The only thing I would suggest is that a curtsy car with a driver be available, I am a senior with health issues and the store was away from shops for me when I ask the young man drove me to the shops as there was a wait for my car but no one to pick me up that I believe is a necessity, or having a small room so people feel comfortable to wait with maybe a coffee machine

The team are respectful and make sure my car is finished as quickly as possible for me. They make sure I am aware of what my car has had done or if anything needs to be done or will be due at the next service.

The team (A gentleman with a long beard and a younger colleague ) was always available when I went to the door . They promptly checked my car and ordered the necessary replacement light globe in short notice. I have had 2 other great experiences with them in the past . Honest and affordable service .

My whole family uses mycar at Lily st in Bendigo. They have great prices and great service.

I needed some major work on my car suspension and 2 new tyres. The car was ready to collect mid afternoon and some items were repaired which saved me new part prices.
Very happy with Brad and the team.

These guys do a great job on the car every time and are easy to deal with. They’ve been servicing both our cars since we moved to Bendigo and never had any issues. Highly recommend them.
