While I'm happy the warning light issue at this stage is fixed,I'm still finding that the car screeches when the engine is turned on and you start to accelerate and drive forward.No noise happens when car is reversing!!

Satisfied a Black Friday performance tire deal was honored but that took two visits over nearly 3 months fault of supplier with new tires that are early 2024 not 2025. The assistant manager threatened to keep my vehicle on a managers clerical error and when I insisted he call the manager during business hours he read the employment rules to me if he had to work 10 minutes over. At the end of the day the job is done and dusted.

Poor communication. Poor customer treatment. They don't keep a record of your tyre purchase and tyre care plan when your number plates change. Waited 20 minutes to pick up my car even though they said it was ready - and would have been left waiting even longer if I didn't advocate for myself multiple times with multiple staff members.

Awesome service, great communication by staff and prompt delivery.

Horrible customer service and poor experience overall. The staff there are unprofessional, uncourteous and fairly unhelpful. In a nutshell, my job was not completed as per schedule and the reaction from the workshop was fairly much based on zero accountability coupled with a rude and abrasive customer approach. This is solely based on my experience, other's experience may vary.

Sadly your team destroyed the lock nut key (which had never been used) and via I suspect brute force ( its now badly burred and won’t work) and has rendered the Key unusable ! As a result, they could only change 3 of my 4 tyres I purchased -

I am now unable to take my family on holidays as I have no way of replacing a tyre should I get a puncture, Which would leave me and my family stranded should this occur. The MyCar team then gave ME the responsibility of somehow finding and buying a new wheel lock key that your team destroyed, Interestingly they said they did the same thing to a Porsche owner recently.

This is a totally untenable situation that MyCar have caused. I am now unable to on family holidays

Friendly welcome in person and on the phone as first-time customer.
Attended to my car which had been towed to their workshop overnight as I could not get to my regular mechanic. Identified and rectified the current problem well.

“On time just as promised every time”, this is the magic every company should be striving for. Mycar has achieved this with no hassle at a service price that is fair and reasonable. Now it can be better if done with a smile and a happier disposition, which costs nothing and adds value to customer experience. Thanks shall use again.

Very pleased with all aspects of my car service, professional approach.

Was told 1.5 hours but was 2 (the generic phone number person doesnt allow for staff lunch breaks when allocating jobs). I missed a call so called them back and it went to generic phone number again so hung up- turned out l need another 2 new wheels so my wheel alignment wasn’t completed and l now have to go back. Poor communication- they should have tried to call me again

The guy who used to run the place was amazing - helpful, interested and explained things to you. I always felt in safe hands! When I went in this time, the guy at the counter (and on the phone) didn't seem to care less about anything, kept me waiting with no eye contact or explanation and the communication between he and the mechanics did not seem great either. This made me worry about the quality of the service...

Great service - very up front re prices and great communication - very reasonable prices for hourly rates of work done. Highly recommend.

Over priced and horrible costumer service.
I took my van here for an oil change and mechanical check. I am handy with mechanics but didn’t have time to do it my self.
They tried to say my battery and wiper blades were not up to standard even though they were both change by my self 6 months earlier.
They also charged me $140 for an air filter which costs $60 and takes 5 minutes to change, luckily they had the wrong filter and were ordering in the right one as I showed up.
I asked for the product code so I could find one myself and the refused to give me the information they also refused to give me the mechanical diagnostics sheet even though it was included in the price saying “ that information is for us and we use it to tell you over the phone” seams very dodgy would avoid at all costs
